[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Put this thing on with great excitement. I think I got about 5 minutes in before it blew to pieces. Bought another one just to be sure, same thing. This thing can't handle the smallest of rocks. You'll get better, and more adventurous results holding your hand over the hole. Pro-Tip - Go to your local auto body shop or truck/trailer repair shop, grab a 1'x2' piece of 1/4 aluminum. Cut one piece the height of the deck. Bend accordingly, then fasten on. Use the rest to draw the curve, cut along the line, fasten to the top, put a little tape over the seam, spray paint if you'd like, and call it a day. This product is useless!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted this mulching kit to get rid of huge leaves all over my yard. Mulching kit just chopped all of those leaves up into very small pieces and nothing had to be picked up. Works great.

Works well. The cover is a little difficult to put on and take off - which I do to blow the grass off the driveway, as well as clean underneath the deck.

At $75.00, I am sorry but this part is not worth it. I would suggest to have one made out of sheet metal. Like the one reviewer did. Also the blades are not so good for mulching, Had to replace them as one bent, due to a stick and ripped the cover off to boot. This is plastic and the tiny metal rod that holds it in place rod is a joke. At $75.00 no way. Hey, Troy-Built have the engineer that designed it, use it for one summer. He will then build one that is worth buying.

Works as advertised just as advertised

As many others have noted, the fit of this plastic cover is not great and flexes allowing the grass cuttings out the top an bottom. The fit is ok just doesn't seal around all sides. This would have been much better with a metal cover instead of a plastic cover. Also took the chute off the deck as well so I could mow close on both sides of the mower, had to put a piece of duck tape to cover the holes since I didn't any bolts to catch more clippings under the deck. Also noticed the blades tend to push tall grass down so there's some missed areas when mowing.

It was easy to put on, the blades were just fine. I would order them again when I need them. I got them before the due date that was great.

The mulch would not fit my 46” Craftsman mower like you said it would. I returned it.

Oh,,,,this mulcher is making my grass look so grean and feeding the grass every time I mow...i will get another one in a few years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Blades don’t work. Blades fit to a star mount and my new Troy Bilt Bronco is a different mount.

Works good after modifications. Fits my LT46 okay, but I had to add a couple bolts on the bottom edge to stop grass clippings from lifting bottom of cover.

So far so good! Works as expected!

So far so good. Much cheaper then the cub cadet mulch kit sold in my local store.
