We needed a smaller refrigerator for our garage that would serve as a spare for entertaining and extra storage. This unit works for us and is perfect size. While not too big it does not cost a lot to run and fits the space we have just fine. We are very happy with this purchase.

I've only had it plugged in for a few weeks now, but it's a great little fridge so far. And since this is actually my primary refrigerator for the studio apartment I live in, it needs to work good. I just left the pre-set recommended temperature settings for both compartments where they were and plugged it in. It keeps everything nice and frozen and the refrigerator compartment keeps everything chilled just right. I also bought an $8 wall socket refrigerator surge protector, which I'd suppose is a good idea for probably anyone. I know there are some bad reviews out there on this fridge, because I read them before I bought it. Horror stories like leaking door seals, compressors going out inside of six months and so forth. But it seems with major appliances like this, there is a luck-of-the-draw element involved where sometimes there is a lemon in the mix. All the more reason why I spent an extra $100 on a 5-year extended warranty. So far, though, there is no sign this one is turning out to be a lemon...

We boight this to replace the refrigerator in our trvel trailer. The RV fridge barely keeps things cold in the summer time, so we swutched to this instead. Pulled the old one out, and this one slid right in. I will trim it out to give a finished look, but fit perfect. I dont know about the durabilty of the unit, but I will report back later

This has been the worst refrigerator that I have ever purchased. It quick cooling within 18 months. The lights come on but nothing else happens. I was using it as an extra refrigerator/freezer. I would not recommend this fridge to anyone. I am trying to decide if I want to have it repaired or just throw it out and never buy a Magic Chef again. Stay away from this one.

We purchased this fridge for our basement, and I was very satisfied with the size and features of the model. However, after a very short time about a year and a half, we noticed the freezer was not cold enough to keep items frozen. Within a few more months, the refrigerator compartment failed. Do not buy this refrigerator.

So far so good. Perfect size for our lanai. Nice looking and very quiet. Best of all was the price!

The refrigerator is working properly but their is air bubbles on the outside of the freezer door. I can't believe they're not inspected before boxing it. I'm very unsatisfied now I have to pay someone again to load it up and go return it.

Excelent compact refrigerator and freezer for our apartment. Great for under 3 people. It is a little short and small so it's easy to move by yourself but that also means you'll bend over a lot to get things out. I have suggest it to many other renters who have a smaller sized unit and they've liked it as well. It's not too loud but I can hear a noise.

Bargain price. 30 minutes to set up. I replaced a 4 cf mini refrig and this one has the same footprint. Ideal for an apartment. FREEZER space is large and ideal for frozen prepared meals... straight to microwave. I am very pleased.

If you need an auxiliary fridge that's smaller than your kitchen model, this may be what you want. It's better than its immediate predecessor from the same maker, because it has a separate freezer and glass shelves instead of wire. Its predecessor lasted 15 years in a garage that regularly hits 0 degrees and the high 80's.

I had some reservations about this refrigerator mainly because of my unfamiliarity with the brand. We originally wanted to purchase a brand we knew about such as Samsung, KitchenAid for Fridgidaire but none of those brands made a refrigerator small enough for our enclosed Florida Room that wouldn't overpower the room. Magic Chef did. So, I read the reviews about the 10.1 cubic foot Magic Chef and review after review was positive. We purchased the refrigerator, picked it up in our SUV and set it up when we got home. After letting the refrigerator stand for 10 hours to let the freon settle from its trip to our home, we plugged it in and adjusted freezer and refrigerator settings. The refrigerator (we selected black to complement the furnishings) is unobtrusive and looks as if it belongs. But more importantly, it holds a lot, is extremely functional and nearly half the cost of the 14.1 cubic foot Samsung refrigerator we first considered. We are total pleased and we would recommend this little gem for those looking for a small refrigerator for an apartment, studio or Florida Room like us.

Good size for rv or apartment.

I bought this as a replacement for a 20 year old refrigerator that stopped cooling. Being single, I didn't need anything large. The size of this refrigerator is plenty for 1 person. As I didn't want to spend money to have the product delivered, fortunately, it fit in the back of my old 2004 Saturn Vue laying down with rear seats folded. Just make sure to follow the instructions of keeping it upright for a few hours before powering it on. It states that in the user manual. I didn't have any issues and the refrigerator cools quite nicely. There are really no special features to speak of. I think this is a pretty basic refrigerator and it works just fine with me. I gave it 4 stars primarily because I don't know how durable it will be. Only time will tell.

Bought this to replace the broken Norcold fridge in my RV. The refrigerator is very spacious and extremely quiet. Haven't had any issues with it yet.

This refrigerator works perfectly for our family. We have it in our garage to store water and other drinks. We also use the freezer to store Popsicles and ice cream cones for the kids this summer. It is ideal for us.

The fridge was easy to set up. Keep it my garage as an extra.

Absolutely perfect for our third floor "in-law" apartment. Currently using it while we renovate our first floor kitchen and this fridge, though small, is doing a great job of accommodating our four person family (two adults and two kids). Looks great! Love the "no texture" enameled steel front. Looks so much nicer in a small apartment kitchen than a full size fridge. Its practically a "counter depth" fridge without the counter depth price!

I haven't used it long but so far I like it. I purchased it because, until it went out recently, I had been using a 1996 double door fridge by Magic Chef and it had to endure all those years in an area that was mostly not climate controlled. It runs very quietly. Would have given it 5 stars if there had been a light in the freezer section.

Perfect for the toy hauler we made out of a cargo trailer. It's just the right size for the space we have.

Nice features such as LED lighting and clear veggie bins, sodas rack in the door. I use it for beer and sodas in the garage mostly. If I have any complaints it’s would be the electronic temperature control that has a very limited range. It’s hard to find a “sweet spot” with that.

Our camper frig stopped working; with minor adjustments in the space this frig fit perfectly! Cooled quickly, and is very quiet. Plenty of space inside. Luv the finish, no fingerprints! Brightly lit interior.

Great refrigerator that I'm using out on my boat dock. The price was right and the space inside is great for beverages and enough for barbeque and sides. Great packaging, which was easy to unbox and simply setup and install. I like the fact that there is a clear skin cover that protects the outside of the refrigerator, which I'm going to leave on just because of the amount of use it will get at the lake.

This refrigerator came ready to work..just unpack and plug in.
