Great product, so far so good

I love this little range! Perfect for my new small kitchen. It works very well. The only negative I have is the control knob for the oven doesn't show enough cooking temps to select from. Goes in 50 degree increments. I can work around that and everything else is awesome!!

I chose this 24” stove for the size and quality of the reviews and all the features. I used it last night for the first time and I was not disappointed! Its perfect for my tiny kitchen in my mother-in-law suite!

Glad my neighbor came over to put on the cord! But the product is so far amazing. Many features one would not expect at the price (or ever) such as two—count ‘em—two oven lights. Convection baking. Boiling a pot of water in two minutes. Just what the doctor ordered (just kidding, I’m not a doctor, I work at a park). Love it. It’s magic.

Turning the knobs is difficult because you have to hold it down till it clicks then sometimes when you let go it just turns off or won’t even turn on.

This purchase has been the absolute worst! The stove arrived in perfect condition.(4/18) It took a couple of days to get the cord to install it but installation went well. The time indicator powered on and I felt good until it was time to actually use it. Three of the four burners and oven did did not work. It was odd and at that point I deemed it defective. (4/20)I contacted MC and they sent a tech out. The tech did not leave any info and I had to contact MC every day for a week before they could send me another tech out.(4/24) The tech stated that it was defective and he would put in a part order. (5/16)I received an email stating that parts are on backorder. This lead to pure frustration. I packed the stove up and attempted to return it to Home Depot, the contract stated 90 day return. (5/19)Well, three managers later and priceless time wasted...I was sent packing. They did not honor their contractual agreement. Home Depot at 1514 Broadway St, Pearland, TX 77581failed me. I know they have the "right to deny" but selling defective products and forcing the customer to own the loss is unethical.

One adult operator and burner surface is already scratched up. No cast iron used.

I haven’t unpacked it yet. I won’t be using it until April!

So far so good. Satisfied.
