Less than a year old and a compressor is making an excessively loud noise. It was also damaged during shipping as it's all dented up

Worked well for 2 years, 8 months, then just stopped. Power lights are on. It recognizes that is should be running, but it doesn't. On it's own 20GFCI protected circuit, in climate controlled basement, levelled from new.

Very easy product to use and deal with certain issues that may occur by following instructions from the manual/handbook. Product so far works good and keeps cold without no problems.

Our new freezer is quiet and energy efficient, especially compared to the 30+ year old freezer we had previously. Love the light feature!

I just purchased due to another I had breaking down. I have another magic chef and it is working fine. So I chose to get another. Works great no problem with it at this time.

Delivered damaged. The lid was dented and creased along with the side and back. You could see the marks from the outside of the box. Called customer service and they were able to help resolve the issue. The freezer it self has been great and very helpful

Just what we needed when our old deepfreese went bad thanks

Ive had this chest freezer a couple months.. i like the size the price and how quickly home depot sent it over. Liked how easily it was to unwrap.. let rest few hours and then plug in. service was marvelous.

We attempted to deliveries of this unit. The first one that arrived had severe warping on the chest body and the lid was warped - curling upward not allowing for a proper seal when closed. Exchanged for another which still had signs of bowing and warping, but not nearly as bad so we gave it a try. After almost a full week the inside temperature wasn’t even below freezing - a bottle of water we had in there was tap cold temp. HD also has stopped delivering directly and uses third party services at random for delivery and pickup - nothing about the process was easy/efficient - it was impossible to reach one of the delivery companies that arrived on a different day than was selected for delivery…. This may be the last time we order from HD online. Horrible experience from product to process and support.
