Dust is gathering inside the clear plastic housing around the front of the drill. The dust comes from drilling 24 screws into the ceiling. It's wood and drywall dust. Otherwise the drill is very good. It is light (with 4A hour battery), powerful and comfortable to hold. The memory setting is a great feature.

Great tool. Quick work on all projects. Have other Makita tools, glad for rapid charger.

The torque is very similar to the Dewalt Atomic and the power stack and run times are similar as well. If Makita had power stack cells or the next level it would be a game changer. I still love my Makita tools because I have small hands and they fit better.

This tool is small but pack a punch.it never complains.it tackal anything you throw at it.even with the 4 modes and auto sense mode sometimes it brake the head of steel screws.it is super powerful for its size, yet gental whenever you ask it to be.it is tool I have been missing all these years. erogonamally designed, cant complain during long hours.it is a handy man's must have tool!!!

The drill is very strong and compact.

This tool is great. It was hard to find. It didn’t come with batteries nor charger and bits. But it’s the real one. Makes work easier. I own two more of the regular ones and this is superior.

this impact drill is very good, I love it it is very light

Small, powerful with plentiful settings.

The drill is powerful I like all the new features for torque settings. I use the impact everyday. Already dropped it off a roof once and it’s still working just fine.

Superb impact drill, love the different features, particularly the auto feature.

Not as powerful as my m18 gen 3. But The ergonomics of this drill are phenomenal. Even though it’s not as powerful it’s my go to drill now
