I find Makita to be a consistent performer, and for my residential construction business/needs it's my go to brand and what I reach for most, especially for any task where accuracy and attention to detail are concerned. This saw actually blew me away. It's extremely light, accurate, and powerful.

Lucky you only had 1 left. Love it because I just purchased 2 6.0 batteries and this came in handy for recharging. As you know the project has
to go on, so when 1 battery runs out there's always a backup. Will probably get another one sometime this year.

This saw is awesome if you are in need of a cordless Framing saw. Tons of power, good design and weight balance, is also much quieter than corded versions and batteries last all day on the job site. I wouldn't hesitate to buy, if it had a light I would have gave it 5 stars
