Gets the Job Done
Has worked fine for first 4 months of use. The only issue i had right out of the box was that I had to get used to the spin speed settings. Wrinkles were setting in jeans, but then I just changed the setting and it worked fine.Perhaps a little too much technology for me though, I only use a handful of the settings.

        Don't like this machine
I don't care for the water savingtechnique on this machine. I feel my clothes are not properly cleaned. Also, the spin cycle is entirely too strong. I don't dry some of my clothes and I feel the wrinkles don't come out when I fluff dry.

                Fabulous
So far so good. Clothes are clean and I love all the different options depending on what kind of clothes are being washed. No complaints so far.

                  Love it
This is my first new washer in over 20 years! I was hesitant to buy one without an aggitater but I'm impressed. However the only complaint I have is when washing sheets they get tangled up and I have to untangle them or the unit will not work- I end up having to wash one sheet at a time. You have to get used to longer wash cycles versus the old type with the aggitaters.

                    Terrific machine. Buy it!
We bought this machine 2 months ago to replace a bottom of the line GE beast that we bought new 8 years ago. We hated that machine from day one but that's another story. Our new Maytag is wonderful. Easy to operate and the clothes come out super clean. But by far the best thing I can say about this machine is it's quiet as a church mouse. Our old GE could wake the dead. That thing was loud! I had to rule that no laundry could be done after I went to bed. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making this machine quiet. I'm old school and was concerned about the new HE machines. I've been converted. They do a better job cleaning than the agitator machines and use much less water and energy. I've noticed where some reviewers complained of the washed wet clothes being very wrinkled and I guess I can see that to a certain extent. The dryer takes care of most of it and if you line dry, just give your items a good shake before hanging. Not really a big issue. Buy this machine. You will love it!

                      Not happy
I had a Whirlpool Cabrio and when I moved I had to purchase new. The place I purchased had these Maytag floor models and he said it was the same as the Cabrio. It washes the same and that isn't the problem. It doesn't happen every time but sometimes it sounds like I'm washing a load of rocks. The noise is unbelievable and I can't understand what is going on. When I called Maytag/Whirlpool and gave my seriel and model I was told I purchased it in October of 2013. No I just purchased it from National TV and Appliance of Beckley and he told me it was a floor model and I assumed it was a new floor model. For someone to have registered this machine in 2013 makes me wonder what is going on. It is going to be repaired soon but I keep using it and as I said it works but it sounds horrible at times. Very strange. I have had many washers during my 49 years of marriage and NEVER had one that sounded like this.

                        Well engineered and good-looking too
I finally did it, I bought a new washer and dryer and always wanted Maytag for its excellent reputation. I absolutely LOVE this washer. The clear lid is a blast, you can watch your clothes being washed in real time. It's quiet, intuitive, user friendly, and classy without being brutishly large. The clothes get really clean without being thrashed about with an agitator. It's like front-load style, but arranged top-load. LOVE IT.

                          Saving Water
I am glad I bought this HE washer. Very easy the use and with great features by using less water and self cleaning button option.

We replaced an older unit and we are really pleased with the washer. It's is fun to watch thru the window s the unit does its thing.

                                Not a good investment.
I have had this washer a year and can honestly say it has been a very disappointing investment. My agitator Kenmore gave up the ghost and so I purchased the Bravos pair. There are multiple cycles on each but only normal does the job without me having to babysit the cycle. The sheets get all tangeled, and sometimes the tops of heavier items like quilts are still dry. That means I add water myself to assure this will not happen. Want to wash bathroom rugs (not even that big)? STAY HOME because the load always becomes off balance and the washer will dance across the floor. Unless the load is light and can take a normal cycle, you are in for a very frustrating laundry day. If I could just get my Kenmore top loading agitator washer back, I would be a happy woman. But we have been saddled with so many silly rules for water saving, our laundry isn't getting clean. As for water saving, I always have to use the second rinse to assure I don't unwillingly soap up after a shower with a single rinsed towel. I even cut the detergent by 1/3!! And the dryer? Plan on adding at least 20 minutes to the normal setting. Forget the other settings, they are all the same.

                                  Average Machine
We've had this washer for about 4 weeks and I like most everything about it. There are a few things I question: This model has a "clean washer" reminder, which is nice. I bought cleaning tablets and put one in on the "normal" cycle, as directed. The basin doesn't fill completely up so I'm not sure how clean the machine gets. It's also a little noisy when spinning.

                                    Looks Great
I bought this washer to replace a "contractor grade" original to the house (almost) twenty year old washer. Great product. Just what I was looking for. My mother has a similar model and really enjoyed using hers whilst visiting.

                                      Wonderful Washer
When we first used our new Bravos, I was skeptical -- how could it possibly clean our clothing with so little water?? Now I'm a fan. It does an excellent job on even my husband's dirtiest yard clothing, and my water bill has been drastically reduced.

                                        Would not recommend this washer!!!
I bought this washer new in April 2015 and am NOT happy with it at all! We live on a farm so we have very dirty clothes some days, this washer doesn't get them clean! When I use heavy duty option it takes the washer 90 minutes to wash clothes and still not clean. Plus it is wearing our clothes out ALOT faster. I have never seen this washer spin any other direction besides clockwise. How can it clean if it doesn't agitate. I would LOVE to get rid of this washer and get one that CLEANS clothes. Total disappointment!! Would love to see a washer work before I buy.

                                          Doing laundry with ear
I like the array of cyles available to me and the performance.

                                            Really???
At my insistence, my wife and I purchased this machine about a year ago. What a joke! The "water-saver" feature, which I thought would be a plus, has been everything but. Because there's a shortage of water, the clothes get all tangled up with each other, and the worst part is that there is soap residue on the dark clothes, and especially on my wife's washable black pants. You can't override the automatic water supply...not even if you set the machine for bulky items with an extra rinse. To make matters worse, if you don't place the clothes in and around the drum just right, the machine gets out of balance during the spin cycle and walks across the laundry room. I'm fed up with this machine, and have grown weary of my wife reminding me that it was MY idea to go with this model. We're in the process of shopping for a new machine as I write this review. Truly disappointed that this machine has Maytag's name on it.

I really love this washer, but I just had after 4 months of use, the control panel self destructed. They are fixing it, but it's an inconvenience.

                                                      Wouldn't buy again
There's not enough water to wash clothes properly. The agitation is not strong enough to move the clothes in to the water for washing or rinsing. Options (water temp, spinning cycle, etc), are not all available on all wash settings so I have to set it, not according to what I'm washing but to what options I need. Wish I would have done more research before buying this.

Worst appliance I have ever purchased
We have had this machine for three years and it is a nightmare. You have to babysit it for every load or it goes unbalanced. You might have to rearrange a load 4 or 5 times before it will finish a cycle. If you are unaware that it has gone unbalanced,it will go into a rinse mode until you shut it down.I would take my clothes down to a river and beat them with a rock to clean them before I would ever buy another Maytag appliance.

                                                            Uneven Load Issues
I want to start off with something positive. It does wash the clothes well. Now for the rest...I do not write reviews until I have had the machine for a while. I have had this washer ( Maytag MVWB725BW) for 2 years. After a month of owning it the machine gave me an error of UL (uneven load). It was a load of towels. I did not put to many towels in it. Of course I was told that I put to many towels in it. For several months it did not do it again (and I never used less towels b/c I did not put too many). Now it does it about every 3rd or 4th load (UL). It could be towels, clothes, sheets, etc. This is not a cheap fix.The other issue I am having now is it is not spinning the clothes dry. I do not get any errors on the machine. I will open the lid to put items into dryer and they are soaking wet. Again, I have not overloaded the machine.
