(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We are pleased so far, with the functionality of the gas stove and particularly like the cast iron grill top. The middle burner is also good for the large canning pot. However, we are disappointed to find after the stove was installed that the paint on the stovetop was not done well on and you can see the grey metal through the paint on contoured edges. The storage drawer at the bottom is also a little flimsy and not suitabe for heavier pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a stainless steel gas range recently. Just expected this to be a working appliance. Instead, I am beyond impressed. It’s a really beautiful addition to the kitchen! I like not having to balance perfectly on individual burner grates. The large grates here are an upgrade. The burners are smooth to operate and have made cooking fun. I like how the oven tells you the temperature as it is raising to the set temp. The only thing I’d mention is that the clock is in orange. That takes some getting used to. Otherwise, great work Maytag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this appliance for three weeks now, and love features, especially the stovetop porcelain-grading covering the entire top of the stove. Also love the redesigned small, medium, and large-sized burners, especially the fifth oval burner for use of a griddle pan to make pancakes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this range sight unseen, as there were no models on display in our area. I’m extremely glad I took the gamble! I love the 5 burners, especially the 2 power burners. A 4 quart pot of water comes to a boil rather quickly. The oven temperature comes to the preset degrees in about 7 minutes, whereas my older range, different brand, took 20. You can’t beat the fingerprint resistant stainless steel finish. No visible fingerprints.! I don’t mind removing the 2 top grates to clean the cook top surface as the other model had 4. The grates interlock so now I’m able to slide pots & skillets effortlessly, without lifting. My only drawback was the bottom drawer, which seemed not to be as sturdy as my previous model, but works well & holds the previous items which I stored there. I also own the Maytag fingerprint resistant microwave which I love. My previous microwave was a different brand & the handle broke off in 2 years. The inside capacity of both products is unbelievable compared to my older appliances. I am updating my kitchen 1 appliance at a time. In my opinion, Maytag makes excellent products and have been extremely pleased so far!.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range about a month ago and love the design. The round oven door handle gives this range an impressive and expensive look. I also like how the top grates are easy to remove for cleaning. One of my favorite features is the simplistic design of the control panel. In all, it performs well, both oven and top burners. One of the reason I gave this stove 4 stars is the design of the knobs being so close to the door handle. This is where I keep my kitchen towels, and every time I put the towel on the bar, my knuckles hit the burner knobs since there is little room between them and the oven handle. Another reason for 4 stars is that the storage drawer underneath is flimsy and doesn't pull out smoothly. The material is cheap and the construction is not made well. For this reason, we are not using the storage drawer. Overall, I am happy with this range and am glad we bought it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had my Maytag stove for a month and love that it has 2 large burners which enables me to cook multiple main dishes at once. I am amazed at how fast I can prepare a meal. Glad we brought our Maytag stove!!!

We used the self cleaning oven feature for the first time on Jan 10, 2022 and after running it for 2 hours, decided to turn it off. When I went to turn it off, it had melted the knobs and the backing. Don’t buy this, customer service is bad too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a gas range urgently as our 9 year old Whirlpool gas range stopped working (too much to have it repaired). I have always had a high opinion of Maytag and was very pleased to find this range at a reasonable price and quick delivery on the maytag.com web site. It operates perfectly and I love the 'fingerprint proof' stainless finish, but I wish they could do something about the black surface around the burners. It shows a lot of spotting after cooking and it's not easy to clean them (although this isn't different than any range with a black cook top). While I like the grate covering the entire surface., they are 'linked' and you have to remove both sides to access the surface. This is the only drawback I see so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this freestanding range installed two weeks ago. It is a beautiful range and a real workhorse. The cooktop has five burners and we are still experimenting with increased cooking capacity. All of our cookware works beautifully on stovetop. The oven is also wonderful. A self cleaning oven is always better insulated. I love the broiler in the oven and now how a storage drawer for cookie sheets. Baking temps are perfect. I had to contact customer service and they are efficient, polite and answered my questions. I found out the burner cover for the oval burner does NOT come off like the round burners. Good to know. The only negative is cosmetic...the Maytag logo plate is crooked as is the 10 yr warranty plate. : ( My hubby and I fight over who gets to cook...really enjoying our Maytag. A joy to cook.

Trying to get a fix on this. Where heat comes out of oven the stainless peeled.

I love the two rapid boil burners in the front, but the oval middle burner doesn't get hot enough to place a griddle on it for pancakes, etc. The oven bakes and roasts well.
