Since i purchased it, it doesn’t boil water but only steaming boil for few seconds after 2 -3 times turn it back on.

This Kettle is amazing. It was simple to set up and boils water very fast. I love the Automatic shut off feature as my teenage daughter has forgotten to turn the pots on the stove off several times. This is a beautiful addition to my kitchen and also brings me peace of mind.

I bought this kettle for guest use, as I have tea drinkers. I like the blue light and it turns off automatically. I like the fact it is BPA Free and stain resistant. Hopefully over time it will stay like that. What I don't like is that after the 1st two boils, the bottom of the kettle stained a bit. The cover/tea infuser are very cheap. But I am deciding to keep it as for the price it's not a bad product.

Kettle malfunctioned after using it for the third time. It did not turn off after boiling point has been reached. I started with a full pot of water and when i returned the water level was about an inch away from boiling dry. I imagine that it would have started a fire if i had not checked on it before all the water had burned off.

I got this item on a great sale. The kettle is so user friendly a child could use it. Its fast and efficient. I can heat water to pour over a tea bag or brew my very own tea mix with the strainer. The lower external portion of the kettle does get hot but that is to be expected with a glass and metal surface. I enjoy my kettle and its easy to transport for special events at work.

Wish they made/carried a smaller version.

Great electric kettle just what I was looking for and at a reasonable price. I use this kettle daily throughout the day for making tea, hot chocolate and adding water to cooking.

I'm looking forward to using my solar panel power vs the gas stove. The design is sleek, but it is just under 8 cups, it is not small. The LED is a great indicator as it turns off when done - nice!

Convenient, boils water quickly, and the infusion mesh is perfect for loose leaf tea. The mesh is so fine that it can be a little hard to clean the inside, though, and the kettle does accumulate minerals with our hard water. I am overall very happy with it. I would give 4.5 stars if possible.

This electric kettle is easy to use and does just what it says it does. Heats water for tea, coffee or hot cereal really fast. I highly recommend

I have a very restricted diet and have to boil water all the time for my recipes. Thanks to a tip from Jamie Oliver (thank you, Jamie), this electric kettle has been a life-saver!!! It’s great for rice, quinoa, quick veg., etc. Try it, you’ll be glad you did.

Water boils very quickly and the automatic shutoff is an extremely useful feature. Completely satisfied.

So far it is good, it's a basic water heater. I just need some time and maybe after a year I can properly review it.

This is a very nice kettle. Works great. I like the fact that the lid removes completely wich makes it easy to clean.

I loved the style, shape, and efficiency of the kettle. The blue-lit bottom was a nice touch, but after the water cooled and I used the same water the next day, the water tasted funny. If the cooled water from the kettle was in a ceramic cup, the water tasted fine, but if left in the kettle, had a nasty aftertaste.

This water pot is great: works quickly and easily. I love the LED light which allows me to see if it is heating and when it turns off. It’ll remain on a place on my counter. Product was shipped promptly and arrived safely on the day projected. I’ve been using it for two weeks and have no complaints. It completely meets my expectations.

I really like this kettle. I took away a star because the diffuser is cheaply made and doesn't slide out easily. However I do recommend it because it heats the water pretty fast, is large enough, shuts off automatically and I love the blue light.
