When I first pulled this out of the box, loaded...

When I first pulled this out of the box, loaded up the batteries, and turned it on, I was SO excited because my experience with some earlier ones was not positive. Then, I would pick it up to use it, as I use a frother at least twice a day, it wouldn't work, I had to twist the end as thought it has come undone where the battery case and the frother come together. Then that whole battery case socket came out from the rest of the frother wand. I pushed it back together, but more frequently than not, it doesn't work and I have to whack it at the base on the side to get it tow work. If it worked properly, it would get 5 stars because, when it does work, it's a whiz, one of the best whisking speed and motion.
