This arrived on a pallet and the pulley was in a separate cardboard box (see pics). My Summer project is to repair my roof. Considering I am getting older, I ordered this thinking it would be a big help. Carrying heavy loads up a ladder, or having to split the loads and make more trips, is a pain (in my back and calves). I had not used my scaffolding, since I painted my house, a few years ago. Turns out, my scaffolding is square tubing, and this seems exclusively designed for round tubing. It is well made, with quality material; nice powder coat, heavy welds and galvanizing, but does not work for me. Took away a Star, because I do not understand why the pulley has a hook (with clip), when the post is a hook. Seems the post should be an eye; which is stronger and prevents them from separating. Also, should include a pin, and cotter pin, for the lower U.

What a great idea! Helped hoist a mini split to the second story! Better lift capability than others.

Extraordinary piece of equipment, heavy, solid and very well designed. It makes assembly, dissassembly and lifting material to the worksite much easier. Highly recommend!
