A: Hello Jenifer
If I recall the Baker indoor scaffolding uses a square tube construction, these legs are specifically for round tube construction scaffolding. You should be able to purchase replacement leveling legs for a baker scaffolding online. Good luck

A: Yes, just make sure you leave room for the screwjack part can turn. Also keep in mind that you can change the height even with scaffolding and planks weight is on. If you're worried about damaging stairs surface just put a nice piece of 2X10 under the jacks.

Medium duty adjustable legs
Screw adjustale scaffold feet work as they should. I am not sure how well they would hold up to commercial use.

Indispensable
I bought these to use with the MetalTech yellow Baker style Safeclimb scaffolding so I could use the scaffolding outdoors around the house without buying additional outdoor scaffolding. I relied on these to keep my two story scaffolding tower level, even on the back concrete porch which was not exactly level.
To make them work better, I spent an hour grinding off the stops and filing the same threads so I could remove and reverse the leveling handles to give better support to the scaffolding legs. The stops also kept the leveling jacks from fitting easily inside the scaffolding legs, so I gained two benefits doing this. I painted a bright orange band just below the removed stops to remind myself not to support the scaffolding higher than the removed stops.
Because the leveling jacks are 24 inches tall, you cannot pin both holes of the outriggers to the scaffolding. To manage this, I pinned the top outrigger hole at the first available hole of the scaffolding, and used a clamp to secure the bottom of the outrigger near its lower hole.
There are just too many places not level around the outside walls of a house to not be using leveling jacks with scaffolding! I would not buy shorter leveling jacks because it was too easy to find myself using all of the safe height of the 24 inch leveling jacks.
I would also not use the leveling jacks that allow wheels under them if you are ever stacking scaffolding above 6 feet. If you need leveling jacks with stacked scaffolding, you should not be rolling or even tempting yourself to roll scaffolding around that kind of ground. The scaffolding sets up to two towers in 20 minutes and breaks down in 10 minutes, including safety rails, single handed. It's 30 minutes to move the tower, but that's better than tipping over a two story tower.
If I wanted to move a single story tower I could remove the safety rail and floor and secure the leveling jacks with bungee cords and lift the entire tower from the center and walk it to a new location. It saves a few minutes if you don't mind walking maybe 90 pounds. I was grateful these were the hollow leg leveling jacks!
I lifted one end of a tower without the floor in it and inserted both leveling jacks and lowered the tower end onto the leveling jacks to get them in the tower legs. Another way was to put a single stack tower on its side, insert and secure the leveling jacks with bungee cords and stand the tower back up. I attached outriggers with leveling jacks already in them.
I gave these 4 stars instead of 5 because they really needed the handles reversed and stops removed to fit well and give good support to the yellow indoor MetalTech scaffolding.

The function of this brand of leveling jack works as it should. The quality seems to be fine and long-lasting. The only difference between this brand and the ones I already had in my inventory, is this brand has a hollow shaft. Should not be an issue.

These leg jacks made my MetalTech 6 ft scaffold much more versatile. MetalTech doesn't recommend these tall jacks for the shorter scaffold, but they fit into the legs perfectly. The scaffold is much more stable than with the casters plus the jack legs can be fastened to a 2x board or boards to use on softer ground or carpeted floor as well as giving a wider footprint for stability. I purchased some washers with 1 3/8 ID to put between the bottom of the scaffold legs and the adjusting screw that made leveling a lot easier; to keep the screw from turning, I used a bungee cord to the lowest rung of the scaffold. The bungee also keeps the jacks in the frame while picking up and moving the scaffold.

These worked well, use 1,2,3, or all 4, depending on your situation. Heavy duty, great height adjustment range. The only reason why I rated 4 stars, is due to the inability to lock/secure in legs. When you need to move the scaffolding, the jacks fall out/drag.

I don't know why some people are complaining about them being hollow, they're plenty strong enough for their intended use. Solid ones would be much heavier and much more expensive. My complaint is the threads are rolled, and during that process, some of them were bowed slightly. The manufacturer could have easily straightened them in a press, as I'm going to have to do, but they sent them out with a bend in them. Some people have complained they didn't fit their scaffolding, which may be because they're slightly bent. They fit the square tubes in my Home Depot Pro series scaffold, as well as my older Harbor Freight scaffold, but there isn't a lot of clearance. I found that during the process of leveling my scaffold with outriggers, some of them became very tight in the square tubes, and were difficult to adjust. A little grease may help that... or not.
I've also used these with a section of pipe to jack up a ceiling when replacing a header in a load-bearing wall. They worked quite well for this application.

The product works as intended. I needed these to do some work about 1½ stories up on uneven ground using my scaffolding set. Much less work than trying to shore up with cribbing and safer too!
