Let me start by saying I have many Milwaukee products from hand tools to battery operated tools big and small. Can’t say this is their best product. The holesaws themself work well except some are slightly out of round. But my huge issue I have is with the case. The 28pc set is heavy and they have plastic pins that hold all the hole saws together in the case. When I got them home and opened up the case 2 pins were broken and snapped off in the bottom of the case. All of the pilot bits were rolling around the case and just a horrible design all together. I reached out to Milwaukee customer care about this issue and sadly they never got back to me. In the past when I have broken parts like on the sliders of my took box they contacted me quickly and sent me a replacement part without issue. Really unfortunate since now the hole saws are just sliding around in the case. Personally not worth the extra price with the bigger set if the case is prone to breaking with the extra weight. If someone from Milwaukee can help with this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

This kit has many bit sizes. So far I’ve only used one, and it performed extremely well. Nice even cut and did the job with minimal effort.

Best hole kit in the market. Milwakee makes the best products for all trades. and i would suggest all there drills and saws.

I rewarded myself & bought a (what I thought was) higher-end hole-saw kit. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but larger sizes (>3") catch, rip the drill out of your hands or worse they tear-up your hole defeating the whole point of using a hole saw: to make large, neat, precise holes. I use both high & low speed settings & can't seem to feed the bit slow enough - if I breathe wrong, it catches & rips the drill from my hands & trashes the hole - even in drywall for crying out loud. I can't imagine this is good for the life of my drill either. For smaller sizes it seems to work OK. The arbor design is cool that I don't need wrenches or a vise to get the arbor out. Too aggressive - I'm going back to my cheap saws.

I haven't tried it yet as I live out of the USA and just got home.

A must have for drilling holes into anything. Great product

Chose this set for the range of sizes

I gave this hole saw kit 4 stars because I have used them for years and am confident they will perform as required. However the description specifically states that the shank on the large arbor would be 7/16, when I received it, both the large and small arbors had 3/8” shanks. This was disappointing considering I have a 7/16” quick release drill that was the main reason for the purchase. Upon returning to the brick and mortar Home Depot I was treated very kindly but was told all they could do was exchange it. I opted to keep it and just buy the 7/16” shank arbor. It would be most helpful if you would insure that your description matches the actual item. I for one try to read everything to make sure I only order what I need and can use. Thank you

The hole saws are great. The box leaves much to be desired.
