I have 6 M12 batteries that just stopped charging after a couple of months of use, especially xc 6.0, apparently it's a very common problem, I hope Milwaukee does the right thing and repairs or replaces them Not even this website allows me to put a single star review, so here's your two stars

It charged the first time (or i think it did), then after that i get the red/green blink and won't charge. None of my other M12 batteries have that problem. I'm going to imagine it's a M12 XC6.0 problem. To top it off, the XC6.0 burned up one of my chargers. I put the battery on the charger, i got the infamous Red/green/red flash and the charger died. I tried the XC6.0 battery on another charger and the same red/green flash, then a solid red/green. I pulled the battery.

Does charge anymore. Have only had this m12 battery for a couple months. Now it just flashes. I thought milwaukee batteries were awesome? Maybe the m18s are but not the m12s

I purchased a 2 pack with charger and neither battery has ever been charged because the fried not one but 2 charges the light flashes even when the battery is not in the charger....garbage

nice not having to change out the typical 2ah batteries twice as frequently compared to the 4ah units. never hurts having more bags. I like to use them for less used tools to make easy to grab "kits" for when they are needed

Much better than the m18 so far. They hold charge 2 times longer

These little guys really pack a punch for your12 volt Milwaukee tools,great run time.truly is amazing how much power these little guys can hold

Great addition to anyone's tool box..I was hoping for a bit more torque (I'm an auto tech) however where this falls short I have other reinforcements.

Using in my heated jacket the 1.0 lasted only like 20 minutes on high the 2.0 about an hour and these 3.0 go for at least 3 hours big improvement over the original 1.0 batterys. My radio would go 7 hours on 2.0 battery but now with the 3.0, 16 hours later it was only down 1 bar. Got the 2 for 1 deal at homedepot.com. for 70$ free ship. Jacket seems to get warmer now too.

Great battery for my low use tools like flashlight or hoodie. Also as back up battery when charging the bigger xc one.

Excellent battery is not heavy, it charges fast, it serves you in places where there is almost not much space, good battery design and the power lasts you two hours working hard, good special Home Depot :)

I purchased this battery for my m12 fuel driver(2402-20). Great power in a compact size and the 3.0 lasts considerably longer than the 1.5 ah.

Well worth the cost compared to the smaller batteries. I have had it run my rotary tool(dremel) and speaker a handful of times and it's still at full charge. I use it with my rotary tool to sharpen my saw and I'm amazed how long it's lasted me compared to my other 12 v batteries.

I bought this 2.0 battery for my M12 tools that needed a little more run time over the regular battery, and didn't want the weight & bigger size of the 4.0. It's the same size & looks exactly like the regular battery and the only way of knowing that it's a 2.0 is the front label with the small red 2.0, or the tiny model # on the bottom. Milwaukee should make the 2.0 numbers much larger and backed by white like the M12 logo to make it easier to see in a tool bag or in limited light. The main thing is I did notice a longer run time on my hand held M12 vacuum (which is a power hog) and on my drill (I use it with a wire wheel for paint removal on wright iron railings).

This is my light weight version of the bigger brothers in my Milwaukee tool lineup. For quick and smaller jobs this is the drill I use.

So far, so good ... My last battery had lasted bout 5 years. Should be good for 10 more years now ,,,, Yep

Its worth the money Milwaukee batteries are the best I use my cordless Milwaukee ratchets and impacts alot, and with this battery i don’t have to charge it often. im very happy with it !

Good product. It takes a little over an hour to fully charge from being completely dead.
