Worked great until
Have had this jig saw for about a year. Very light use . Maybe a few times a month if that for a few cuts. Anyways this past week I pulled it out and went to make a cut and a loud pop and smoke dumping out of it. Currently going through the warranty process. Not the first milwaukee tool I’ve had to send in for service. Had a 7-1/4 saw trigger fail on me within a few months of owning it and a multi tool that will hardly power itself.

The battery is not quality
I would not buy another battery from Milwaukee I Recently bought a weedeater with a battery it would not hold a charge at all using my weedeater about 15 minutes it would drop out I do not recommend it

Fully charged it'll give you a solid 20 minutes of good use. That's it. It's great during that short time.

Battery took first charge then would not accept any others charges. Saginaw Home Depot was very difficult to return battery after only one week, midland Home Depot took it back with no issues
