No way to describe how well it works, you gotta get one

We love not having to have an air compressor or air hose when framing. The drawbacks are the gun is quite a bit heavier even with a smaller battery pack and there is only capacity for one strip of nails. Yes there is an adapter to allow 2 strips but for an additional few of course.

They dropped this product off at my front door completely destroyed. The packaging was so soaked. It fell apart when I picked it up and it didn’t sit out there. I actually waited for him to drop it off and then I walked out there one minute after it was at my front door this is what i received

Awesome framing gun. Has ample power to drive 3-1/4” nails through engineered lumber no problem. Milwaukee makes quality tools this is no exemption. Pros are as stated powerful, precise and convenient/efficient. However cons are weight and the magazine needs to be swapped almost immediately to the available extended magazine (should be included in my opinion) because you’ll be reloading half a day with the small one. Regardless for remote projects or quick installs can’t beat the convenience of picking up a single gun and off you go. No compressors and hoses and generators etc.

Wish I would have gotten one of these a while ago. A great time saver.

You have no idea how much I love this new nail gun. I and all my family have been avid Dewalt fans until now. You may not believe this, but we have literally now thousands of dollars worth of Milwaukee tools in our Dewalt "pack out" type tool boxes. They all say Dewalt, but inside is all Milwaukee. This tool exceeded me expectations which are already very high for Milwaukee. It has incredible power to fully sink 3 1/2” nails even on rapid fire. I have used this nail gun all day and only had to change batteries once toward the end of the day. It is perfect for those odd jobs in framing like being up in the trusses or in a crawl space without having the huge hassle of tangled up air hoses and lugging a big compressor around. I think Milwaukee has outdone themselves with this framing nailer.

This nailer is such a Time Saver and worth the money. Reason for only four stars is that on the third day I had six misfires. Hopefully this problem does not persist and it was just a one-off. I put about 2000 Nails through it in the first 3 days. 10 out of 10 will recommend to friends.

I bought this for 2 somewhat bigger jobs I was taking on that had framing. I was impressed with the functionality of this and how easy it was to use. The only thing I would change is the spikes on the front to grip into the wood aren’t very sharp/aren’t a lot of them. So it’s slipped a few times trying to grab into the wood. Other than that it works welll and I framed both jobs on one battery (roughly 150-250 nails.) without it even dropping one bar on the battery.

I bought it took out of box and tried to shoot a nail and won’t drive all the way and puts a hook at the end of the nail I’m gonna just take it back and get my money back

Great design. Less stress w/ both rafter hook and belt hook for convenience.

The release is nice. It’s easy to adjust. The handling is well balanced.

This amazing nailer is a complete game changer! Not only is it consitant on everyshot I've used it all day for 8hrs of constant nailing for siding and didn't even drop one bar on a 4amp battery.I haven't added my extended magazine clip yet but still can still say it's so amazing I went and bought another.

Awesome framing nailer, a bit heavy but the trade off for not being tethered to a hose is well worth it. Very powerful, no problem at all framing out a 2000+ sq ft horse barn.

This nailer is awesome! I’ve put about a thousand nails through it in the last two weekends and it hasn’t jammed or misfired a single time! It’s a little on the heavy side, but totally worth not dragging a compressor and air hoses around or swinging a hammer.. Plus I’ve only recharged my 5 amp battery once since using it. Highly recommend!!

Biggest pile of crap of Milwaukee I’ve bought. 8 months old and doesn’t even sink a nail.

This framing nailer has superb power. It drives the nails no problem. It also has a really nice depth adjuster on top. Furthermore it uses veeery little battery power. We put a 6.0 amp hour battery on it and framed for 2-1/2 days before having to switch. Though with a 6.0 or greater battery it had some heft to it. I mean, if i had to guess it might weigh close to 15 lbs with a 6.0. That being said you could throw a 1.5-3.0 on there and frame pretty much all day with it. Thats what i would recomend personally. The only real negative side is that without the extender it only holds one clip pf nails. Buy the extender right from the start or it'll be your next purchase anyway. Overall I still feel it deserves 5 stars. Not a paid reviewer, just a satisfied customer.
