Lack of quality control
Picked up my order for a new charger and brought it home to find it doesn't work. Hope they did better on the next one

It works, but I shouldn't have needed to buy it in the first place. The original unit died and without charged batteries, the tools are useless of course. I am a very light user so there was no excuse for the failure of the original charging station.
