I wanted to have a unique Christmas gift for friends and some of my relatives. I decided to buy a box of these high quality professional safety vest to give those as a present to each car owner. The idea was that they can keep them in their cars and wear them if the have a road emergency like a changing a flat tire, or similar emergency that requires them to be outside of the car in traffic. Everybody was excited about the high quality of the vests, and the pockets available that allow to stow some small items like a notepad and a pencil and some some paper handkerchiefs in them. The feel now safer to get out of the car if stalled in traffic, to either fix it, or walk and get help! The vests fit very well and are very durable and should last a very long time.

The vest is highly visible and reflective. It can be used for a variety of purposes and it should fit most people. It is easy to use and easy to put on and easy to remove. It is visible from a distance and can be seen very easily. It is a good vest and I would recommend it for any job that is large or small this will fit the bill to your satisfaction.

This blaze orange, nylon vest is AWESOME!!!  This size is a little too big for me, but I chose it so that I have a variety of options on what I wear beneath it. Also, it allows you to adjust it for size, so I think a larger size is best to make it a one size fits all. It is soft polyester, can be worn year round, in the heat of summer, or in the dead of winter, over a coat. It also has pockets, a zipper, it is lightweight, YOU ARE SURE TO GET NOTICED WHEN YOU HAVE IT ON!!! I love it for a bunch of reasons:  1) SAFETY--IT GIVES ME PIECE OF MIGHT, realizing it might SAVE MY LIFE on late night walks or during hunting season.  I live in a rural, heavily wooded area, also near conservation land.  During hunting season we are inundated with hunters.  When they see me wearing this BLAZE ORANGE vest, I know I'lll be SAFE, not risk being shot.  Same if I am out in the dark for a late night walk, especially in the summer time, or if I get caught on bicycle in the dark; I KNOW I will be VISIBLE wearing this BLAZE ORANGE vest. The material feels light on your skin.  The back of the vest has "breathing holes"in the material so that I can wear this vest ANY time of year, summer OR winter.  In the winter, I would simply wear it over my winter coat.  In the summer, I can similarly comfortably wear it over whatever I am wearing.  I LOVE that!  I feel SAFE wearing it realizing I will be seen!.  I remember recently, driving late one dark night, someone was in the street but wearing dark clothing. I only noticed this person when I came close to them; I thought that was an accident waiting to happen.  If that same person had been wearing this blaze orange vest, I would have seen them a mile away.  This vest is a MAJOR SAFETY FEATURE; it could save your/my life; it is a small price to pay for SAFETY!   I was leaving conservation land one day wearing a red wool coat.  I wore my red coat because of its BRIGHT RED COLOR.  A hunter warned me that from a distance wearing that red color I could be MISTAKEN FOR A BIRD.  I denied that I look like a BIRD.  He explained that hunters often drink (alcohol) all day while they sit around waiting to shoot an animal, adding that by end of day, after drinking ALL DAY, also from a distance, they COULD make a mistake, SHOOT ME thinking that from a distance that red speck was a Cardinal.  HE URGED me to wear BLAZE ORANGE, explaining that EVERY HUNTER knows that IF THEY SEE BLAZE ORANGE, IT IS A PERSON!  I immediately bought a vest for my dog, also an insulated jacket for myself, the only problem is my insulated jacket is great in winter, NOT GREAT IN SUMMER.  THIS VEST is much better as it can be worn ALL SEASON, can go right over your clothes.  If you fold it up tight, you could also fit it in a fanny pack or backpack should you get caught out in the darkness, which has happened to me. I think these vests are AWESOME, also that EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE at least one. A child was killed in my town years ago, hit by a car riding home at night on a bicyce; I think he was 10. I suspect one of these vests would have saved that child's life... Again, it is a SMALL price to pay for safety.

The MILWAUKEE 2X-LARGE /3X-LARGE ORANGE CLASS 2-HIGH VISIBILITY SAFETY VEST, ADULT UNISEX is made rather well the fabric is strong and reflects light very well for being visible at night also. I use for work but also use it when we go for walks in the evening it gives me a sense of security knowing that I will be seen by drivers and not worry about getting hit by a car.

I use the vests when I walk my dog in the evening. The pockets are great for holding phone, poop bags and keys. They seem to be pretty well made and will last for a while. The small/medium should be called just small as they seem to run on the small side. I would definitely recommend but be aware of the sizing as they are on the small side for sure.

This 10 pocket hi-vis safety vest is identical to the orange version, but in yellow. It is lightweight, well made has ample pockets and loops for carrying items on the job site and has a slot in the back for your safety harness to come through easily. The small/medium size is excellent as it is not too loose, meaning it is less likely to get caught in equipment, but is big enough to go over normal warm weather clothing.

This is a good, high quality 15 pocket reflective safety vest. It is very well made, has excellent pocket design and layout along with attachment loops and ID pocket. There is additionally a safety harness opening in the upper back to allow for proper harness attachment while wearing the vest. This is sturdy, lightweight durable vest with many features a contractor or professional will appreciate.

This is a good basic hi-vis safety vest with 10 pockets, attachment loops and basic reflective strips. the Sm/Med fits average people well and isn't too loose to potentially get caught in equipment. The vest seems well made and is light weight so as to not be too hot in warmer months or while doing heavy work. For a basic vest, this is a good choice.

Milwaukee High Performance Large/X-Large Orange Class 2-High Visibility Safety Vest, Adult Unisex Country of origin Bangladesh I have never seen a construction visibility vest with more pockets. In addition to the common badge-holder, and velcro patch, this item includes mic tabs, a clear ID holder pen pockets and a bonus (to me) another pocket along the back for a larger item such as a clipboard or tablet. With zipper closure on both sides. While I don't use a fall-arrest, this vest accommodates the harness with a pass-through behind the collar. yes, I can recommend this safety item

Good to keep in the back of the truck. It's very bright, fits loosely, and easy to put on. The vest has a pass-through in the back if one needs to be tethered. The zipper is pretty simple to use. The nylon mesh is very lightweight and doesn't seem to add any unnecessary material that would make it hot to wear. The reflective tape is very visible, as seen below in the flash photo. The '10 pocket' is a bit misleading as one of these is for an ID, some are for pens, etc. But, to be fair, I never really use pockets in the vest for things so pens and ID are probably good ideas to have on the vest. The larger pockets provided are a good place to store folded pages to keep them within easy reach.

The Milwaukee Large/X-Large Orange Class 2 High Visibility Safety Vest is a multi-purpose safety vest appropriate for use in a variety of situations. I utilize them when doing road clean up providing the visibility necessary for safe work environment on the road side. It's also used when doing emergency road side repairs on our vehicle or RV and when riding a bicycle. The pockets provide a place to store writing instruments, keys or even a cell phone for easy access. Highly reflective, it "glows" with the slightest presence of light. It also provides ample room for those of us that carry a few extra pounds with us.

All these safety vests come with good zippers, reflective surfaces, and pockets. This less expensive style has 10 pockets as opposed to 15 and is lighter in weight. Unless you are a small person, sizing is not that critical. I wear large/extra large in a shirt and I found the 2X/3X size to be best for me. However, this size L/XL was fine when not wearing a jacket/coat. I prefer the High Performance style over this style even though the other style is about twice as expensive.

I've used this version with 15 pockets and the other version with 10 pockets and have to say that I prefer this style both for weight of the material and comfort when wearing. All these safety vests come with good zippers, reflective surfaces, and pockets but this more expensive version also has some inner adjustment straps should you want to take it in or tighten it for a better fit. Unless you are a small person, sizing is not that critical. I wear large/extra large in a shirt and I found the 2X/3X size to be best for me. It's designed to fit over clothing and coats and it is comfortable. I also like the side pockets that are zippered in this model and shown to store a tablet or phone.

Milwaukee high performance orange class 2 high visibility safety vest is definitely a true to size vest. I wear size small and it fit only slightly loose. It has so many pockets. They mean it when they say it’s designed to carry more. It is ANSI Type R Class 2. It has a quick internal size adjustment for a better fit. I work with traffic crews at night and this vest is bright and provides adequate safety for visibility. I’m happy with this order it fit well and is functional.

I will say that these are well made and work as design. I got these for my daughter to wear when we volunteer outside and she likes it. It works as designed against headlights or flashlights as you can see from my pics. They are lightweight and not restrictive so that is a plus. I gave mine to a buddy who was so grateful since he has to deal with traffic and let me know that he appreciated it also. I. Impressed and look forward to many more wears using this vest!

Another quality product from Milwaukee. This is well made and constructed in a manner that will last a long time with double stitches. The reflective material really does work and you can see it opening the packaging and not trying it out in the field. I shared mine with my nephew who is an engineer and works outside and he loved it too with no complaints.

Super awesome bright and classy! I love these Milwaukee safety vests. They're high quality materials, super reflective and stand-out-neon-orange bright! Love the pockets and velcro pocket flaps! Even better are the four individual slots for your pens in the pen pocket compartment! Also has a see-through plastic window on right front pocket to hold an ID card You can adjust the fit at the two inside waist belts as well. Just a really great safety vest overall! Keep one in the car glove compartment for emergencies. Keep one on the riding tractor! Love em!

This safety vest is absolutely of the utmost highest quality materials and it fits comfortably so you're not having to adjust multiple times when bending, stretching or just constantly moving. I used it while doing some yard work (obviously, I live in the tundra of winter in NWPA) and this stands out and you couldn't get too far without anyone noticing you. It's very neon with the safety reflective tape. Bottom-line; you couldn't ask for a better safety vest...while doing chores, hunting, helping at an accident scene, etc. This is great.

This is a very nice vest. I order the larger size to fit over my jacket during the winter months. It does fit loosely without the jacket and is still functional. The vest comes with many pockets to store items such as phone, pens, and other hand-held tools. The vest is very lightweight and non-restrictive. There are reflective strips that reflect light during darkness.

This is a review for the Milwaukee 10-Pocket High Visibility Safety Vest, part number 48-73-5032. These safety vests come in a peggable plastic bag that measures approximatey 7.5 x 11.5 inches. It's easy to open and is reusable due to the zip lock style zipper at the top of the bag. You can clearly see the bright orange color of the vest through the clear parts of the bag and it's very clearly marked with the size on the top left. Underneath the size information are the ANSI and Type Class, in this case "ANSI/ISEA 107-15" and "Type R class 2". Both the front and back of the package include the text in 3 languages. The reverse side of the bag displays a picture of both the front and back side of the vest along with pointing out where on the vest all of the special features are. It also lists instructions for use. Features of this vest are listed on the package as: 2 Mic tabs 1 Clear ID Holder 2 Chest pockets 4 Reinforced Pen Pockets 1 Internal Chest Pocket In addition this vest has a slot on the back so fall protection can be used and two straps on the inside that can be used to adjust the size of the vest around the waist. It's also extremely bright, I used the vest while snow blowing and could be easily seen over a block away. The mic tabs are located on both sides of the vest up near the collar and are made of heavier material than the vest. They're also reinforced on the back to give them extra strength. The clear ID pouch is great if you work where an ID must be displayed at all times, it's large and easy to open but holds the ID secure with velcro to keep the pocket closed and open. There's also an unsecured chest pocket above the pen pockets. The pen pockets are perfect for holding pens or markers and are reinforced with heavier material at the bottom. This is good because pens or other pointy objects in the pockets will be less likely to poke through the material. The zipper, in my opinion, is a bit fine for this type of vest and this is probably my only negative. I realize it's not a coat but the zipper could be a bit heavier. That said I did not have any problems with it when I used it over my thick winter coat. The 2 adjustable straps on the inside at the waist also allowed me to pull in some of the extra material. This vest is good in that it should fit a wide range of waist sizes with this adjustment available. One thing to keep in mind is that the instructions indicate that it's only good for a limited number of wash cycles. I put it through 6 wash cycles though and it didn't seem to show any fading in color or affect the reflectivity of the reflective tape. If you're looking for a bright vest with a lot of features this is it.

This is a simple but commercial grade vest. It is light weight and can be worn over thick jackets for when it’s cold. The clear I.D. and divided pocket for pencils etc is a nice feature. Other than that the pockets are pretty small so even though it’s 10 pockets there isn’t much storage actually available on it. If your looking for pockets to carry more stuff go with the high performance but if you wear a tool belt this one is nice and less bulky.

My husband uses these vests. This is a commercial grade quality vest. It has 15 pockets that range in size which is nice. The two larger ones in the front are very useful for carrying items like tape measures etc. He also likes the pocket divided into three for pencils, markers, and such. If your using for professional use the clear pocket for an I.D. is also useful. There is also a large pocket that runs across the back which zips closed on both sides but he didn’t find much use for it. It is slightly bulkier/larger feeling than the 10 pocket so it really depends if you want or need the extra storage pockets. I’d say the two larger pockets in the front make it worth it.

The vest has plenty pockets. The vest is highly reflective and is essential for night time safety. Plus, my wife and I have one in our cars just in case of a night time breakdown. The material is light and easy to put over a jacket or similar outerwear. If you will be using the vest in cold weather, you might want to order one size larger than you would normally wear without outer wear. I have not washed it yet but seems as if it would hold up well for several washings.

This vest is the same high quality as all of our Milwaukee tools. It has a lot of pockets for phones, pens, etc... nice and breathable material to keep you comfortable in the summer. It’s also plenty flexible and adjustable (via straps inside the vest) to wear over a winter coat. It’s either way too hot or way too cold in Northern Illinois so these features are important. Save the bag it comes in!!! We only need these high visibility vests occasionally, so it’s great that we can stuff the vests back in the pouch they came in and push the air out. Great for over stuffed work trucks.

This is a nice comfortable safety/visibility vest. It’s the high quality we’ve come to expect from Milwaukee. It’s flexible enough that it’s not constrictive when bending over and climbing ladders etc. there are plenty of pockets inside and out. The vest is roomy enough to wear over a winter coat and it breathes enough to keep you cool in the summer. The zipper is nice and smooth. Bonus- the bag it comes in is a very durable and resealable bag. Like most work trucks, space is at a premium in mine. Since we don’t need visibility vests every day, I can wash mine and put it back in the bag so it’s not tangled up with all my tools. Highly recommend!

These vests are a great for a variety of uses. They are lightweight, durable and well made. There are plenty of pockets. And specialty pockets! There is a clear pocket on the front for an ID or badge. There are a couple of internal pockets to keep some items dry and protected. There is also a zippered pouch on the rear of the vest for storage. I am really impressed with these. The visibility is impressive as well. At night, under headlights, these are visible at a great distance. The bright yellow color really stands out. Besides my crew, I secured one of these for my elderly father to use on his daily walks. He has already had compliments on his vest and its visibility! I would recommend these to anyone that needs to be seen!

This is surprisingly high quality. Especially at the price. There are more pockets than you could ask for. It feels durable and is flexible enough to be comfortable. The material breathes well which will be great in our brutal midwest summers. It also fits well over a winter coat which is even more important in the midwest. There isn’t one detail to complain about. This is the great Milwaukee quality we would expect.

I picked up these safety vests for added visibility and personal safety walking and running at night. I feel a lot safer even when I am on sidewalks that cars can see me. The yellow color as well as the reflective material are great and super visible. The fabric is very breathable and I have worn this vest on a lot of long runs over my athletic clothing. The zipper has been very reliable and I have no complaints. Would highly recommend for construction or for personal safety in the dark or at dusk

These vest are designed with pockets thought out. Pockets for pen pencil flash light etc., photo identification window plus front pockets for small tools. It also has adjustable inside straps for a snug fit, There is a large pocket in the back side of this vest. Another good feature of the vest is it's zipper front and soft neck. I gave this only 4 stars because I felt like it was a bit over priced.

A Must Have Safety Vest. WOW ! So many pockets. 5 pockets including a clear ID holder, rear tablet pocket, and 3 internal pockets. Vest is so light and comfortable you wont know you're wearing it. Vest is extremely visible during day as well as night. Made of very strong materials. The rear tablet pocket is a must have feature. It will also can serve as a multiple water bottle holder. Zippers and stitching are first quality so everything should stay where you place it. Includes durable dual mic tabs. For added safety it has Fall protection pass through,The Type R Class 2 ANSI rating means that its suitable for use near roadways where traffic speeds are under 50 MPH. The fabric is soft, the reflective tape is really bright. I'm very impressed with this vest. ,
