Full of gnats, just awful
I regret sticking it through and using this in my raised bed. It was full of gnats which I tried to combat with DE, and then was cautious to not over water which wreaked havoc on the plants. I got it in late April and have 4 pepper plants in this and they have just struggled which is not normal. I can go on and on with more specifics, but I have nothing good to say. I won't ever buy this again! I feel awful for putting these plants through misery!

I'm not sure how I can review this for you. I just got it and planted, then my plants froze, so I replanted, and they froze again. Weird dips in over night temperatures as low as 27 degrees in June is a little abnormal for my in zone 8, but I can say Miracle Grow products have historically done well for me. I'll give this 5 stars based on the rich dark black color of material and historical product performances. Thanks

Fungus gnats & plastic
Bought this a month ago and found a bunch of plastic pieces in it. Now it's crawling with fungus gnats and they've killed one of my strawberry plants. (This was in a legit raised bed that doesn't touch the ground, and has never been used before, so there's nowhere they could have come from except the soil.) I bought Miraclegro because it's supposed to be high quality, so this was very disappointing!

They are growing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My plants are growing and they are looking healthy. The soil appears to be a good option for growing my vegetables in my raised beds. I also am growing herbs too.
I'm happy with how happy my peppers, tomatoes and basil, etc, look so far.

I I really liked the looks of this product when...
I I really liked the looks of this product when I cut open the bag! I'm using it to transplant some tomato plants into 5 gallon buckets. Each bucket has a different soil mixture. I won't know for sure how well this works until August. But, I expect this to outperform the other mixtures.
