Easy to use, state of the art, very good.

My wife and I have been thoroughly impressed with this coffee brewer so far! The coffee tastes great , it's really not that difficult to clean, and it has some excellent features.

Would have given a 5-star rating but the gold filter was a disappointment: coffee tasted good but there was all this "particulate" at the bottom of the coffee, in the pot, in my cup. It's quiet and makes a decent cup of coffee. Still working out the best amount of coffee to put in--and am using a paper filter.

It brews a very hot cup of coffee which is one of the traits I was looking for in a coffee maker. I wish it would stay hotter for longer but that’s not really a problem.

Features and price point are in alignment. Makes good coffee.

We are pleased with this coffee pot. It stays hot for several hours as promised. The taste is very good. The directions were readily available on the box and easy to follow. I would buy again but hope I will not have to for some time to come.

This is an awesome coffee maker, easy to install, take it from the box and use it. Very simple and make a great coffee. I am extremely happy with it.

This coffee maker makes REALLY GOOD coffee. It offers a number of nice features: see-thru removable water reservoir; included gold tone permanent grounds filter (you can use a cone shape paper filter though); programmable brew strength, warmer plate time (with auto shut-off) and start-up timer. It looks good too, with black & stainless color combination. It is a bit noisy at the end of the brew cycle (gurgling noises, similar to what many coffee makers make.) However, after using this coffeemaker for about 10 days now, it has developed an irregular cracking/snapping noise that seems to be coming from the warming plate area (comes and goes-not there all the time), doesn’t make any difference whether the glass decanter is on or off the warming plate. The warming plate keeps the coffee warm, but when the noise develops, it is just aggravating. I may return it for a replacement unit (if this continues.)

There are many nice features with this coffee brewer. Along with the standard clock and delay timer for brewing coffee, it has a "clean" cycle and two different strengths of brew level---classic and rich. Both were good with no bitterness what so ever. I actually preferred the "rich" brew better although initially I thought it might be too strong--it wasn't. It was very full flavor. This brewer incorporates a container that lifts off the unit, which you fill with water to your desired number of cups and then place back onto the brewer. This is very convenient and eliminates the chance of spilling water on the kitchen counter as occurs occasionally with models where you use the pot to fill the reservoir with water. This container holds up to 12 cups of water. If using a small number of cups there's even a "small batch" button, so you'll still get the full strength brew of coffee even when only doing a few cups. The black with stainless steel trim is stylish and looks great in my kitchen.

We have a Ninja Coffee Bar in the Kitchen and just love it! We needed a unit for our rec room and decided to try the Ninja 12-cup coffee brewer. Well, we recently had guests over and had the opportunity to use it - perfect coffee every time. Same level of Ninja quality and extremely easy to use and clean.! Since this is just used on occasion, I don't think we will use the programmable feature often, however it is a great feature if you are using this as your everyday coffee maker. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed.

This Ninja brand 12-Cup Programmable Coffee Brewer makes very smooth tasting coffee. Compared to other coffee makers I’ve used, it is taller (measuring 14-3/4” high) and it has a slightly larger footprint by about an inch each way (measuring about 10” wide by 9” deep). It is quite user-friendly, with a removeable water reservoir and permanent filter (avoiding paper filters). Two features I especially think are smart (for brewing coffee) are the showerhead water drip (which saturates the grounds evenly) and the carafe’s “brew-through lid with flavor straw” which promotes equal mixing of the brew. Programming is quite intuitive, with only a few well-labeled control buttons to choose from. I like the easy to use option to make a smaller quantity (e.g., 4 cups) per brew. I would have given 5-stars except for the large overall size. My kitchen is small and counter space is a premium.

I love everything about this coffee maker except that the time must be reset every time the power flashes. That small inconvenience happens quite often in our neck of the woods. Otherwise, it makes great coffee pretty quickly. It takes cone shaped filters but a permanent filter is also included - I just don't happen to care for the permanent ones. It also allows you to remove the pot part way through brewing without making a mess. Being able to remove the water reservoir for cleaning is a huge benefit with our hard water issues. In addition, the hot plate has a separate button from the brew button which I like. And the pot doesn't drip all over when you pour even when you are half asleep.

Ninja has done it again with its sleek design of coffee brewers! My Ninja has now replaced my trusty old coffee brewer. Besides for the perfect / custom brew cycles, I am able to keep the coffee warm with the keep warm function. My husband tracked the watt usage and it is remarkably lower than our previous brewer. I like the removable water tank, makes for filling easy. Nice scoop enclosed and side scoop holder. Makes a good pot of coffee, thats what really matters...

I have been using this coffee maker for about a week. Never owned a Ninja appliance so I did not know what to expect. Very eye catching design. Like all modern electronics it can be a little confusing programming the functions. I really can't say that there is anything I dislike about it. Very quiet, and rather quick in brewing. The one feature that stands out the most is the carafe. Well balanced when full and pours without "dribbling". This also exceeds all my expectations.
