Failed after only a year
Clock display failed after just a year of daily use. Ninja only gurantees it's products for a year, and they offer no parts or service. Ninja reps day to just buy a new one every year. My last Mr. Coffee lasted almost a decade and it cost a third of the price.

Best coffee maker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the ninja coffee brewer to replace my other coffee maker. This is my first time using a ninja coffee brewer. It is the best coffee maker I have had. It makes a really hot cup of coffee which most coffee makers do not. It is easy to use I can make my coffee strong or regular strength. It has a really easy to use reservoir for the water. It is very user friendly. If you like a really good cup of coffee get a ninja.

Great Coffee Brewer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy I got a chance to get and try the Shark Ninja 12 Cup Programmable Coffee Maker. I like that it has custom brew technology which allows you to Brew Classic or Rich, full flavored coffee in small batches 1-4 cups or a full carafe. Since I am a coffee drinker I am enjoying my coffee brewer and will be enjoying for a very long time.
This coffee brewer has a mid brew pause that allows you to pause and get a cup of coffee. Also it has precision Temp Warming Plate that keeps your coffee hot up to 4 hours without burning it with auto-shut off after 2 hours. I recommend this product it is awesome.
The Shark Ninja programmable has Thermal Flavor Extraction and brews the perfect cup of coffee every time. Brew settings adjust brewing process with Classic, Rich and Small Batch Features. Also, it has a 60 0z. Removable water reservoir. I recommend giving this coffee brewer a try if you are a coffee drinker. This is a great Coffee Brewer and it is also a large one so you will need to have counter top space.

Love love love!

I just love that it gives you the option to customize your coffee. I am able to not only brew an entire pot of coffee, but I can make small amounts for a single serving too! This is a huge time saver for me when I’m trying to get out the door before work. My coffee maker is stylish and it looks awesome in my kitchen. I love how effortless it is to use! It really does make great coffee!

Brews quick!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Ninja® Coffee Brewer! It was simple to set up right out of the box. It looks so elegant on my counter top! It brews super quiet compared to my last coffee pot and the coffee tastes amazing! I like that I can brew my coffee classic or bold with this coffee pot. I also really like that you can brew a small pot or a whole pot.
I appreciate that they include a coffee scoop as well and it snaps right on the side of the coffee unit so you always know where it is! You can set it for the next morning and it has a "sneak a cup" feature too. I am super pleased with mine, it's quiet, quick, easy to fill and brews delicious coffee!

So Easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ninja Coffee Brewer is so easy to use. I love that the water reservoir comes off to fill up. The Ninja Coffee Brewer comes with a handy coffee measuring scoop for easy measurements, 1 scoop per cup. It also comes with a reusable gold filter that works well or you can buy cone filters if preferred. The coffee brewer is easy to set for delayed brewing and I love that I can keep the warmer on for up to 4 hours instead of the standard 2 hours. The coffee taste great (even though I used less than the 1 to 1 ratio) and it is easy to rinse and clean.

Outstanding Coffee Maker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this a couple weeks now and I just love it. There are so many design features that really make it a step above for me.
To start, it was easy to set up and program. I love being able to wake up to fresh coffee. I set mine to brew at six and even days I get up later, today it was 7:30, it was still hot.
The water holder is easy to grasp and refill and it has a reusable filter. One of my favorite parts is the long handled scoop attached to the side, so convenient!
