Clock display failed after just a year of daily use. Ninja only gurantees it's products for a year, and they offer no parts or service. Ninja reps day to just buy a new one every year. My last Mr. Coffee lasted almost a decade and it cost a third of the price.

We reviewed several new coffee maker’s online and decided on the Ninja. It has performed exactly as advertised and we can tell a noticeable improvement in the quality of the coffee taste compared to our old coffee maker.

I purchased this coffee maker for my husband, he has gone through multiple coffee makers. I'm hoping this one will last a little longer than the others. He says, ”the coffee taste very clean and fresh.” It's very easy to program and use the Ninja coffee maker.

Love the taste of the coffee it makes! I'm using less creamer. I love how it has the built in filter and I think the water tank on the side is a cool feature.

Used it twice. Love it so far..didn’t give it a 5-star because the description says it’s black stainless steel...not the color on the one they sent me.

I love this coffee maker! It's the latest in a long line of coffee makers for our house but it's my favorite so far. It has a variety of settings that I like and use. You can brew a "small batch" using its own setting and you can brew a richer (more full bodied) than usual batch using the "rich" setting rather than the "classic" setting. I usually make small batches for myself and love not only this setting but the fact that I can make a stronger cup of coffee using a smaller amount of coffee by using the "rich" setting. I also like the fact that if you are making a small batch and don't want the warming plate to be on you can manually turn it off so as to not waste electricity warming a small batch. The hot water outlet that directs the heated water onto the coffee has a LOT of outlet holes that spread the water evenly over the coffee. My old coffee maker had one outlet hole which meant that the heated water run into the middle of the coffee basket and was not evenly distributed. This design incorporated into the Ninja makes for a much better cup of coffee as it evenly distributes the water over the coffee. This unit has a built in clock and is programmable so if you want you can set it to come on in the morning. It also has a "clean" setting. I used that a couple of times when I first got it and before I brewed my first batch of coffee. I hope you find this info helpful to you.

This Ninja brewer is a top of the class coffee maker for any home. It brews up to 12 cups, is programmable so your coffee is ready when you wake up and is easy to operate.The water reservoir and permanent filter are removable for easy filling and cleaning. It's technology allows you to adjust it to brew Classic or Rich strength. The carafe has a locking lid and the hot plate keeps your coffee hot. This brewer makes a great cup of coffee.

Ninja 12 Cup Programmable Coffee Brewer. I have enjoyed my coffee for a week and really like the Ninja. It comes very well packaged with good feature merchandising on the box. It comes with a permanent gold tone filter, however I prefer to use paper filters for easy disposal of coffee grounds. The locking lid on the carafe is a little tricky when you first use it but after a couple of times you have it down pat. I really like the pouring spout, not drop or drip gets anywhere but your coffee cup. The filter basket fit in the brew basket is also tricky at first but again couple of times and its mastered and the good thing is that you can't put it in wrong. Only goes in one way. I really like the easy to read display and LED lights on control buttons. It is very simple and easy to program and to set up. The warming plate default on is 2 hours before it turns off and it was right on the money in time. You can turn the warming plate off or set up to 4 hours. I especially appreciate the removable water reservoir so you aren't trying to pour (and spill water) in the top of the machine. Just remove water reservoir, fill at the sink to desire cup level that are well marked and easily place it back on the side of the appliance, and you're ready to brew. It has a small beep we finished brewing and it took 11 minutes for 10 cups and 7 mins for 4 small batch (separate setting). It is an attractive appliance that will fit perfectly in any kitchen or office.

Easy to use. Some customization of coffee strength is built in. Brewing speed is very good. Great cup of coffee.

Great drip coffee maker! Waited 2 months to post to be sure no problems, I've had none of those stated in some other reviews so far. The buttons are a bit stiff but I just hold side of maker while pressing, not a big deal. The water reservoir works awesome for my kitchen setup and is so easy to clean. Took a while to get the coffee grounds amount and right grind for amount of water and brew choice to make coffee almost as good as my stainless steel electric percolator (everyone had always commented how good that was). Oh, and no plastic smell or taste like some makers I'd bought years ago.

Ran two cycles of water to clean before first use Then it wouldn’t work. Brew light would pulse but nothing would work. Had to return

I love the look of this pot and was super easy to set up and program!!

Bought this for my husband about a month ago and he loves it! It's a little noisy toward the end of a large pot, and I don't care for the fact there are metal screws in the bottom of the water reservoir - seems like a recipe for rust - but for the price, it works great! I particularly like the small batch function and the screen filter.
