It kinda looks cheap but it works very well, personally I love it and Bc it comes with three jars I can use it different ways. If you’re not so careful with glass (like me) this is very convenient. Considering that I have broken many glass blenders, this one is lasting me a lot. And btw, it only has one speed but it’s good enough.

Missed parts, Only get two fonctionnal parts. How do proceed to get the others

The Ninja works different than a standard blender, in that the motor goes on top of the pitcher/unit, and instead of only having blades at the bottom, it has a few blades in the middle of the container, as well as on the bottom. Also, it only has one speed- and that is on. You hold down a button for up to 15 seconds at a time and it chops up everything you toss in it. Due to the multiple blades, it chops really well and really fast. I tossed a couple scoops of ice cream in mine along with some sprinkles and chocolate chips. It made a pretty darn good dessert that I really enjoyed. I think a lot of people use these to make health shakes or smoothies and it would probably work well for that too, if you’re in to that kind of thing. Clean up is easy as all the parts are dishwasher safe. The set works well. I guess if I was going to do it again though, I would get one with multiple speeds.

We received the Ninja Master Prep Professional blender today and started playing with it after dinner. We thought that chopping ice would be a good test and the results were interesting... The unit has lots of power and did an excellent job! The only complaint that I had is that the metal skin of the Master Pod is too smooth and is slippery. That's why I only gave it 4 bars in the Quality rating. Look closely at the photo of the Master Pod and you can see that there is nothing to help you grip it. I liked having the different sized pitchers but my wife said that they took up too much storage space! The rubber base on the containers doesn't slip, so I found the unit quite safe to operate. I've read that the unit tends to "walk" but I haven't observed it moving. We're looking forward to lots of cool "beverages" courtesy of this unit!

Love mine so much that my mom got one for Christmas. I got mine over a year ago, have used it constantly and never had a bit of trouble. I know there are ones more powerful but this one has worked like a charm on everything. In fact, as the picture shows, they are out on my cabinet most of the time. I use my medium sized one to grind eggshells for my plants. The small one is used about daily for smoothies and it does magic on the ice and frozen fruits. I also use it for chopping onions, grinding herbs, and other small needs. The large one gets used in baking...waffle and pancake batter, pie and cake batters, etc. I use it to chopped up meats and purée veggies. No more stop and spoon around like my blender, no big clean up like my food processor. Did I mention that I love it? Plus Home Depot's price on it is fantastic! I tried to think if there was anybody else for whom I could buy one!

When I brought the package in the house, the box would take up. It looked like it was ripped and then was taped up after the fact and I think UPS picked it up. And it looked like somebody's do it on my doorstep and I have damage.

Came in a box all taped up and it was also missing the lids.

A piece was missi ng. Packing it up for return today.

Works good for almost everything, but sometimes you need to shut it off and mix things a little, such as crackers, celery, and carrots

Excellent blender. Grinds well in each of the 3 containers whether it's produce or fruit. So happy with my purchase.

I use my Ninja Àlot!saves so much time mincing celery onions and garlic.. I also make fresh frozen daiquiri s ..it turns ice into snow,perfect for drinks..

Amazing product! I wonder how did I survived in the past without this? I have wasted HOURS of my life trying to make my ingredients FINE by doing it the conventional way. This is truly a life saver.
