I love this range. We've had it for about 8 months and I use it daily for our family of 8 (six home all the time). It is simple to use, solid, professional feeling, and just stunning in our new kitchen. I compared many models and most were more than double the cost. I am very satisfied with this purchase. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a large, beautiful range.

Great gas range, functions as it should. So far we are very pleased with this purchase no significant issues. I will call tomorrow to see if all the igniters should be lighting at all burners. It has only been in use for a couple of days and I will update later on down the road as to how it’s going. This is a big purchase and I was nervous about buying this sight unseen but happy overall.

We got this oven with a propane adaptor kit and it was easy to install. The oven works really well for us. We feel like we got a top level oven that you would see in million dollar homes that looks every bit as good or better for a great price.

Use daily and love our range. Powerful, yet very accurate. Do wish oven had self-clean.

We have used the NXR 48" gas stove for the past 4 months. We love it. The gas ovens are very accurate temperature controls. The versatility of the 6 burners and the grill makes preparing any meal a snap. We have made two holiday meals with GREAT success. The gas range was converted to LP gas for our installation. We are delighted with the product and the food it produces.

We have owned this stove for 3 months and we are in love with it. We wanted a simple stove that didn't come with all the bells and whistles to easily break and this stove offered just that. It's simple and well made. The burners cook evenly and reduce to a low simmer. The temperature of the oven is spot on. I finally made a perfect batch of cupcakes. We have used the griddle only once, but we liked it. We also like that it has a cover so we can use it for other functions. It also cleans very easily. This stove functions really well and at the price point, it was a steal. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend for anyone who loves to cook.

Compared to the 50 year old, food-fire-wire-melt-only-2-burners-working range I had, this thing is a dream! First noticeable change was that food tastes so much better because of it's even cooking. One thing I didn't realize about this model is that it does not have the dual function burners that are in other models. But these burners really put out the BTUs! It's a bit tricky to get a medium flame; turn the knob more towards low. The smaller oven is is great for heating up food or cooking a small meal because it heats up so quickly. The larger oven has a true flame broil and is HUGE, you can definitely fit a big turkey or roast in there. The shelves could glide more fluidly. It's pretty easy to wipe down too. When Home Depot says door delivery, they mean it! I live in downtown San Francisco and the guy literally dropped it off at the street door, on the busy sidewalk. He wouldn't even help us get it in the entryway. I had to get some tenants to hoist it over the 6 inch lip. Moving companies quoted me $200-600 to get it up a flight of stairs because it's 450 lbs, the packaging is an extra 100 lbs. I suggest using Craigslist Gigs or walking down to the nearest construction site and asking who wants to make some extra money after work. In the end it took removing the packaging and 4 strong men to get it up the stairs. Overall I'm very happy with it. I've had it 3 months and so far no problems. I need a range of this size because I run a small bed and breakfast and it's cooking capacity is great! We have several people cooking on it at once with no problems or interruptions in heat flow.

I LOVE MY RANGE OVEN. IT HAS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR COOKING . THE BURNERS ARE REMOVABLE FOR EASY CLEANING AND THE OVEN AS WELL. THE LARGER OVEN HAS A CONVENIENT CONVECTION SWITCH WHICH I CAN TURN ON OR OFF WHEN NEEDED. THE GRIDDLE HEATS QUICKLY AND CLEANS NICELY. MORE IMPORTANTLY SET UP WAS INCREDIBLY EASY AND FAST. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Has the look of a much more expensive large range at a reasonable price.

We’ve had a great experience with this stove. Recently one of our knobs broke and I preferred a new one through NXR, easy to order and their customer service was awesome.

I love this stove, it definitely meets all my cooking needs.

Do not purchase this product based on the good reviews. Please representatives are calling customers after they purchase product encouraging them to write reviews and letting them know they're going to reward them with gift cards this is not true they swindled me out of a good review on the website and I realize that I purchased this though based on the good reviews. I contacted Home Depot they only offered to give me $30 gift card. If anyone else had this experience please write on the review or let Home Depot know but as of now I blame Home Depot

Great stove for a great price! Saved 10k not buying wolf! Love the small oven for small quick cooks. Great customer service.

Do not buy this brand! Ovens never worked correctly as thermostat is faulty. Burners warped after 2 year warranty was up & no parts available. Customer service blamed the war in Ukraine for parts shortage. Parts supplier has no idea when parts will be available. Recommends not buying this brand because parts are not available or warrantied. Cannot even boil pasta without constant clicking of ignightors. It’s enough to drive a person who wants to cook/eat insane!

Have their different model NXRPRO3651 for little over 2 years. Excellent initially become pain in the neck : within this 2 years 2 igniters failed (one replaced under the warranty, 3 top burners (I have dual burners model with ultra low simmer) warped and have flames coming from under the burner, inner burners have unstable flames (too much air flow cause flames to shut down or flatter and igniters to try to ignite the flames ) that will work at low set only. From research I found out that burners getting warped and this cause for the problem. One of the greates become warped too, so pot placed in it unstable and may be a safety concern due to possible water splash on the burners. All the parts I need out of stock and will be back at unknown time in the next 1-1/2 to 2 month (according to their CS). If you does not want your range properly and complete functioning, does not worry about parts you need are out of stock and useless CS -go ahead and purchase it!

We purchased 48-in model for our kitchen it's been nothing but trouble, the burners click continuously during operation the the the main stove has stopped working and the smaller oven door has broken all of this within a period of 3 years. warranty and support of not been helpful I would not recommend this product very sorry we purchased it.

The range top has 3 large and 3 small burners. The large burners burn fine, but the small burners ignite poorly. This appears to be a design flaw. The igniters are clicking away, and you can see the sparks, and the gas is flowing. But it doesn't ignite the gas. You can ignite the gas during this time by using a separate hand-held lighter and hold the flame to the exit holes that the gas comes through. However, the range's igniters won't light them. To my observation, the igniters simply aren't placed properly to set off the gas because they are too far away from the holes that the gas comes out from. However, if you turn the gas off and then turn it back on to ignite, it will ignite the second or third time, probably because enough gas has accumulated locally so that it is now enough to reach the igniter and ignite the gas. NXR has been very slow in sending folks out to fix it.

Over a span of a year and a half and After 4 times of a tech coming out to fix my oven, it still does not work. Set at 375, it ranges in heat from 235 to 445. This is not right and I have had nothing but trouble with my range since buying it. Cannot get anyone to help me with this including the BBB. I would not recommend nxr products!!!!!

nice new toy, but both ovens run cold by 50, they talk about a broiler pan but did not come with one. but it replaced and 1931 unit.

We have owned this range for a year now. We have never had a problem with it. It is great for family gatherings. Easy to use and very easy to clean!! It is a beautiful addition to our kitchen.

The range took five weeks and many many phone calls to be delivered and it was left on the road right before Christmas and the adapter for propane did not work and everything that could go wrong did go wrong.

this is a very nice 48" Range. It came in packed well and we had no damage. The plug for the electrical is 110 volt and plugs strait in so you will need to get a low right angle flush adapter or as i used an electric strip with the flush plugin if you want to put it as close to the wall as possible. You can't beat the price of this Range. If you compared to Viking or Wolf or SubZero the price is 50% to 75% less. We bought ours at the Black Friday Sale event and save a lot on money. It took about 12 days to be delivered. If you have it delivered to your house please know they only drop it off. If you can't move it in have it shipped to your local Home Depot and arrange pickup from the store. So far we are very happy with the purchase.

I bought this a year ago. I love the stove top but I am disappointed with a couple of features. No clock or timer system of any kind on a stove this expensive is disappointing. I also don’t like the shelves in the oven. It is not a good system and hard to change when needed.

I have had this stove for 6 months now and the ignition clicks all the time if it is in the range of medium to high! Very, very frustrating!

I have had the oven for seven months and been very happy with it. It is not only a showpiece, but a workhorse that we use at least once a day. We converted ours to propane. One complaint I have is I have trouble with the small oven and things usually burn on the bottom. The only other thing is that when you get to 'low' the flame does not really get any lower for the simmer option. Other than that it has worked beautifully and I'm very happy with the look and function I got for a fraction of the cost of other comparable ranges.
