Easy to assemble & use

Ordering was very confusing as it said 8oz which is what i was looking for but in details said 6oz, had to contact them to find out and not sure they even knew but rep on the live chat, the SECOND rep i got was fantastic. This machine works PERFECTLY, ive only had a month but hav used it alot and i absolutely love it and i put it together myself in about 20 min, all the tools you need came with it and you can tell it's high quality!

I purchased this twice. Would like to know where to get the parts.

Unfortunetly we only used it 9 times before it stopped working. Had to send it back and we bought something with metal gears instead of plastic.

Overall great product. Only wish the storage cabinet was larger.

I purchased this and love it we use it all the time. I ordered the 4oz gold medal fun-pop popcorn kits from SAMs and these are just like the movie theater uses. If you order from SAMs a box of 36 run you about .87 cents each. Best popcorn ever. Literally a must have for every home.

We have only had this product for approximately 2 weeks. The light bulb that is used for keeping the popcorn warm has already gone out. it is not easy to clean

I love this popcorn popper. Took about 45 minutes to assemble, then enjoyed popcorn that same evening. Shipping was fantastic and quick. This popper has a 6 oz kettle and makes a nice amount to enjoy. We use it a few times a week. Clean up is fairly easy..the kettle unplugs and is easy enough to wipe clean. It cannot be immersed. We have found that coconut oil and Flavacol seasoning make this popcorn taste fantastic. A great buy.

Put it to immediate use the day she received it. Easy to use. She and her family enjoy it all the time. The kids are the hit of the neighborhood.

It is the perfect size for our family. We fill up and make 2 batches for the 4 of us. The popcorn comes out hot and fresh and tasty. My expectations have been met to my satisfaction.

First off, Home Depot did an awesome job with shipping. I ordered mine on a Monday, and got it by Wednesday! That was a great start... The assembly was a little annoying, because the directions can be confusing, as they are not very user-friendly. With some determination and grit, I was able to put it together on my own (I do consider myself a little "above the average" in terms of putting stuff together)... and just had my husband tighten it when he got home. Also, I have to note that there were some parts that didn't fit smoothly in place until I gave it a kick here and there. And a HUGE disappointment was that my popcorn machine arrived new, but with a noticeable scratch from the top to the bottom on one of the gold metals sides that frame the popper. (What the heck?!) Aside from those temporary irritations and annoyances, I love my popper. First off, the gold parts you see in the popper does not look as tacky and yellow as the picture suggest (sigh of relief)! I notice that my actual popper did not look so roomy or big as the picture suggested, but the popcorn volume is fine, so I don't mind. I have used this popcorn for a mini- Church event, and since then have probably used this popcorn machine every other day. No... it doesn't pop all the kernels, but that's ok. I use coconut oil, and just the smell of theatre popcorn gets me excited already. I found that the stains on the botton of the "pan" can be wiped off with a wet scrub and apply pressure. To clean the greasy sides, I simply put water in the pan to steam up the glass first. I am satisfied with my popper and feel that I got a great deal for the price I got it at with Home Depot. However, this popper may not be for everyone, esp those who do not want to deal with issues above and who can fork up more money for a popcorn machine. I hope this helps others make a good decision about their purchase.

Disappointed that it arrived having been used already and was missing parts. We improvised using some parts for home. Kids love the machine. Makes decent popcOrn and really fits the look we wanted. First batch burnt. Need to be sure all parts move well before poPping. Follow directions and yOu should be fine. Seems sturdy

This machine was so terrible I sent it back to the store...had it at a movie night with about 30 kids and it could not pop enough popcorn fast enough so we had to go buy bags from the store.

The performance of the popcorn machine is great. The popcorn produced is subject to the oil and popcorn product used not the machine. I have tried several popcorn kits with pre-measured oil and popcorn and have found one my family enjoys. MUCH better than buying bulk and measuring the oil and popcorn individually. May cost a little more but the end result is worth the few cents. I placed the purchase on line and had the machine shipped to my office. I was provided with notice of the status of the order and provided tracking information. I admit, I placed the order late to be a birthday present and was concerned I would receive it in time. I placed the order late Friday and had the machine on the following Wednesday in plenty of time. The online review provided side by side review of different models and size. This is a great way to make a selection and wished other sites had this option. I would like to have a larger machine simply for ease of cleaning but this 53" model fits well in our home and produces the right amount for my family. Our kids love it and get excited to see it in action! I have found that having the machine on a level floor make a huge effect on the production. If it is not level, when to popcorn starts to pop more old maids are dumped from the pot and do not have a chance to pop. The actual popper can be taken off the cart and used on the counter. Light and easy to move as needed. I would highly recomend this for families who like popcorn. Our ki
