Works well. If dough gets too thin can't cut well for noodles, best cutting at around 3 thickness.

I just wanted to try to make my own pasta and this machine did a very good job. No frills - just basic but it worked great and you can't beat the price. Very easy to figure out how to use and not too hard to clean.

The Ovente pasta maker meets my expectation in some respects. It's easy to make pasta and cleaning. The clamp is not designed to be used with granite countertop. Therefore, a helper is needed to hold the pasta maker while you roll the dough.

I just used this yesterday to make fettuccine and it was so easy to use and clean. Just a soft bristle brush with no water to clean machine.
