We bought this sprinkler in hope to deter our neighbor’s cat who came over daily to litter. After we installed it, it seemed to work well. But there’s cat poops every day when I checked to see if it worked. Finally we had to talk to our neighbor about this issue and asked them to train their cat. As of now, the cat has stopped coming over.

I used mine to deter possums from destroying my roses until it broke down just on Christmas. I have had it for about 3 years, and I think it is now unrepairable. So now I am now hoping to get a replacement one. It was good for stopping the little ringtail possums, but the big brush tail possums on the ground are a bit harder.

Works as advertised but the sensor is way too sensitive. The sensitivity can’t be turned down very much so there are a lot of false starts

Too sensitive to wind and distant movement like cars passing in the street. Elevation adjustment does not have enough adjustment to bring spray closer to the ground. Overall it is effective once you figure out the proper placement and settings.

Works great! Keeps deer, rabbits, groundhogs and even squirrels from eating up my garden.

Only system I have found that actually works..

It really got rid of our 3 raccoon problem. We had tried everything including traps, but nothing worked. The Orbit yard enforcer took care of the problem, was cost effective and a long term solution. It really works!!!

As soon as I installed the Yard Enforcer, the water came on and stayed on. It didn't matter if I set the dial to Always, Day or Night. I called Orbit and the guy told me the problem is the valve and he will send the replacement right away. Customer Service is wonderful. I got the part within a week. I replaced the new valve and water doesn't come on at all. Very disappointing !

The enforcer works great. It is keeping animal out of areas I don't want them.

Sprinkler was somewhat annoying to get set up, but at present deer are avoiding my hostas.

After over a month of every night unrolling my new sod because 4 raccoons had rolled it up looking for worms, I woke up to a yard looking just the way I left it! This Orbit thing did the trick. I tried many other things but this is the only one that worked. AND it was so easy to set up that my 11 year old set it up along with a side sprinkler for more coverage, for me. Turns out raccoons do not like getting sprayed with water : ) Highly recommend!!

Since I have been using this product no deer have eating my plants.

I purchased the Yard Enforcer to deter deer from eating the new Japanese Cherry tree we planted in June, 2018. I received the unit and followed the instructions to assemble and install it in our front yard. This has worked surprisingly well all summer but for one nagging issue. The garden hose feed leaks and I have been unable to get it to stop. I have tried doubling up the gaskets when a single one was not stopping the drips. We are on a well for our water and this is more than annoying, it causes the well pump to run unnecessarily to where I can't leave it on all the time anymore. I am not sure exactly when it began to leak since it did not in the beginning but it does now. That is the only issue I have with this wonderful product. I have already recommended it to our next door neighbor.

It Works. Assembly easy. Use heavy duty hose. Placement is the trick. Took two tries to get it right. Deers all ran off.

The support wall crew just finished so I could set my two Yard Enforcer Sprinklers in place to protect my garden. Although the crows love my Asian Pears and I may be feeding my Stanley Plums to the racoons my real foes are two legged midnight plum thieves who have stripped all the plums from the trees the last two years. I intend to harvest this years crop! The directions for this product were very clear and installation was a snap. I made a quick test and now have the water on for the third night.

I have been using this product for 5 years, change it every year, problem is that it has been shooting water even no sign of birds or animal. I still keep using it as there is no other choices for me to chase awy birds in my jard so far.

I use the enforcer to keep birds, deer and a groundhog away from my garden and fig trees. Works well so far. The only problem is when someone who doesn't know that I have the Enforcer walks in front of it and gets a squirt. Overall the product does what it says it can do.

The Orbit cost more than others, but you get what you pay for. It is an excellent product. Had others in the past, but this one beats them all on performance.

Helps keep squirrels away from fruit

This product is high quality - relatively heavy with both plastic and metal parts. Came in pieces ready for assembly and was only a minor challenge. I couldn't get it to activate at first, but changed to another set of batteries and it worked. The sensor is sensitive enough to pick up ducks, who have invaded my neighborhood and leave masses of excrement on porches and sidewalks. Not anymore at my house!! Amusing to watch from the window as they approach and are frightened away! You just have to be careful of the angles so that you don't squirt the mail carrier! I have had mine for a few weeks now and it totally meets my expectations. I like how easy it is to set the range of spray, as well as the cross bar at the bottom which helps keep it from spinning when activated.

The Yard Defender reacts to people and cars but my rabbits are apparently too small. However, the way they are eating my lawn, they will soon be as big as a car.

In theory the device should work well. I came home after being gone for several days and the seal where the hose joined the unit was leaking. I bought a new gasket and haven’t been able to resolve the problem. My water bill will definitely be higher.

I use these yard enforcers to keep the deer out of my garden and they work really well. For them to be most effective you need to have several set up around the yard. I currently have four and the deer visit my neighbors instead of me.

Just need more to cover the rest of the yard, keeps deer away from that area not birds

This is the best squirrel deterrent. We would highly recommend this sprinkler. Easy to put together and operate.

It worked. Raccoons digging new lawn finally gave up and went elsewhere. Guess they do not like to be wet.
