Good stuff to sculpt a 'new' surface
We had to fill a portion of a timber and this product did the trick. We used an old flat piece of 'furniture' laminate to do the mixing and to carry the mix to the application point. There is no way that the finished mixture or the stuff in the can will run off a flat surface. Mixing is easier and scooping for the application is easier on a flat surface. We used denatured alcohol to clean up after .... worked great. We added some old screws 'under the surface' to add structural integrity as we built out to the original surface.

Unbelievably bad - worst wood epoxy on the market
This stuff is sticky, gooey, and impossible to work with. Worst product I think I've ever purchased from Home Depot. Will require significant sanding and multiple layers to complete any project. Other reviewers must not know about the competition - this stuff is unbelievably horrible compared to Abatron's WoodEpox or SystemThree's SculpWood, both of which are easy to use and much easier to complete to a smooth finish in a single layer. NOTE for cleanup - use rubbing alcohol (not acetone).

    Worked well
The Epoxy worked very well. Getting it out of the can was the most challenging part. Then the 'stirring' of the peanut butter mix with shims and pallet knife was done on a flat board with a smooth surface. A previous reviewer had mentioned using plywood but I had a flat hardboard remnant from a previous piece of furniture that worked very well. The flat board made it easy to scoop and place the mixture into the wood. We have used three different orders to fill the holes. I would recommend the product to a friend.

Product meshed easily, was properly malleable, spread easily and smoothly, adhered nicely to old wood, hardened as expected and was just slightly challenging to sand. All in all, worked great.

Great for Old home renovation projects
I do a lot or renovation work on very old (100 years+) homes. Many times there are trim pieces, especially exterior trim, that are impossible to replace. I have used this as a filler on many types of exterior trim, columns, sills, pilasters, corbels, etc where rot was a problem. It has worked great every time. This is by far the best wood epoxy I've found.

The wood hardener works exactly as described, as does the two part filler. The only thing is that a) the two part wood epoxy is a difficult consistence to work with, so you may wish to do it in two repairs and b) it does NOT sand as easily as advertised. It sands like concrete. Get it even using rubbing alcohol FIRST before it dries.

I'll need to see how it holds up in the rainy season. But I'm pretty confident in the product. It was used to repair an overhang eve. Dries incredibly hard and sands easily. You can't tell the eve was patched in and it was a significant section to repair. Very impressed with the product.

Works great!!! this is a great product
This stuff works great for top rot on deck rafters. It cures hard and takes a screw well after it has cured. I used it inbthe past for some rot on a house band and had good results with it also then.

I had to repair a huge chunk of the edge of a solid mahogany entrance door. After 3 layers of this epoxy I palmed sanded, base coated, stained and clear coated it. Near perfect! I'm happy with the results but more importantly my client is. Painters don't mess around with Bondo. Get P C Woody epoxy

Followed the instructions, very pleased with the results to date
I recently used this product to repair spots on my older deck that were decaying. I followed the instructions and viewed the video on the PC Woody website. It was quite simple to use and hardened as stated. I did a trial spot in an out of the way location and then sanded the area down before using a deck paint to cover it. When I was sure of the product, I used it to patch other areas on the deck. It's only been two weeks, but I'm happy with the results. I also have an aging swing set in the yard that will get the same treatment soon to try to extend it's appearance and life expectancy.
