Easy to install but had to cut drain rod as...
Easy to install but had to cut drain rod as the length was too long and wouldn’t install because of distance between drain and wall. The only difficult issue I had was getting the “pop-up stopper” in the sink to connect to the rod underneath the sink. Seems to take some time and finally get the two to connect together.

Hello Customer, cutting the rod to match the desired length based on space available in your vanity is a standard practice - the rod is a 7" rod which is pretty standard for most sinks - however in situations where the space available is smaller, the rod can be cut using hacksaw. We have also updated our instructions to explain this. Thanks.

It leaks where the lower tube connects to the body-...
It leaks where the lower tube connects to the body- returned it and picked up another one which also leaks. Reported to PF Waterworks and got no response. About to return the second one

very solid and well-made. Easy to install. The pop-up plug is removable. You do have to take some care to install the plug carefully onto the lift bar - making sure it lines up visually before you push the prongs down onto the bar.

New style of the pop-up is terrible. It does not close or open well as the kind did where the rod had to go through the hole at the end of the pop-up.

Based on what you have described, it appears that the stopper has not been installed correctly and the two prongs are not inserted on top of the ball rod. Gasket at bottom of sink did not seal. I ended...
Gasket at bottom of sink did not seal. I ended up having to use silicon caulk in addition to the gasket supplied.

Hello Customer, The gasket is standard gasket that is used by most pop-up drains and is approved/tested by IAPMO for plumbing code. Since the gasket thas to be pushed into the entry hole at the bottom of the sink, sometimes it could be a bit tedious depending upon the configuration of the hole and the skill of the person installing the drain.
