Easy assembly, solid & stable, looks good. Comfortable.

Boxes were undamaged and contained all parts. Relatively straight forward instructions for assembly. Look great on the patio and are comfortable.

This chair is super comfortable and very sturdy. I love that it is heavy and won't move around due to strong winds in my area. Assembly was very easy and assembled 3 in around 45 min.

They are very high quality. The build instructions were very clear (without words, pictures had sufficent details.) and the fit and finish of the materials was excellent. Comfortable and sturdy. Very glad we spent the extra for the better chairs.

It’s poly wood, so expect a good product

The chairs are awesome, however one was missing the assembly tool and the other was missing a chair part. Today is day 3 since reaching out to Polywood customer service and still no reply with a resolution.

Bought my first set of Polywood chairs 7 years ago, knowing nothing about the brand. It is the only thing I have found that hold up to the harsh Arizona heat and sun and needs no extra care other than an occasional wash down from the dust. Sturdy and comfortable, it is a great product that I would recommend to anyone. I would caution that the darker colors do show the dirt/dust a bit and require more washes but that is the only down side to them.

Ordered 4 chairs, one was damaged. Homedepot sent another, it was damaged too. They only refunded part of my money. After a couple of calls HomeDepot said they won’t pick it up the damaged chaor and I have to go into the store to work it out with them. They didn’t put in an order for a new chair, said I had to contact the supplier directly. So now I have a heavy box sitting in my home with a damaged chair and only 3 chairs when I need four. Total disaster, if I could give them a negative star rating I would. Polywood Inc needs to work on their quality control.

The chair is very sturdy and easy to assemble. Customer service was lower due to shipping my order to Madison, WI when I live in Green Bay, WI. The service rep said they could not ship to the Green Bay Store once it was delivered to the wrong store. I had to cancel the order and reorder. All worked out in the end.
