Last year I purchased a lot of these panels to finish the roof and sides of a 25' x 18' greenhouse. They are very susceptable to temperature variations and fracture easily due to temperature changes. Heat makes them sag and warp then the cold causes them to break. I thought I may be able to repair them but am now rebuilding the entire greenhouse roof & siding because they were completely destroyed during a thunderstorm. Buying these panels is a complete waste of time & money.

Purchased 2 weeks ago to replace a roof on a shed. The shed is below some walnut trees. The black walnuts drop on to these sheets and take chips out of them. May work in a field but if walnuts chip large holes into them, they are worthless as a roofing material.

I used several panels for the roof, sides, and back of a small greenhouse. Unfortunately, it did not hold up well against NE Tennessee winds, and I found several cracks and broken panel pieces in my yard after a couple of back-to-back storms. This product may work very well in environments without high winds. Unfortunately, it just did not last in our area.

This clear panel works well for greenhouses. It can be cut with standard hardware cloth shears and is easily installed with hex-head screws with rubber gaskets. I previously purchased milky white panels thinking they were translucent but were fully opaque, so beware of your light penetration needs before purchasing. Some supporting items such as corrugated ridge caps were not available. Some stores do not carry this product.

Extremely disappointed in this purchase. It is very brittle. The corner broke immediately from a pinecone. The next day, we let our 6 month old kitten in the catio that these panels are covering and when he got spooked he climbed up and busted thru it like it was foil. Now we have to drive 2 hrs to "return" it because online customer service can't help even though it was purchased with our HD card.

Bought more than 50+ panels, the product is brittle after one winter. This purchase was to repair a panel that busted due to a small stick.

i love this product, easy to use even for people who have no idea what they are donig. we moved into a house that had a dog bed/shelter area but in winter it would get snow all through it because the sides were open all around. really was just a dog carport. but i put these up around the structure sides (but still letting airflow through) and it keeps almost all of the snow out now. my dog stays happily in there while im out. keeps her bedding dry and cleaner. / my dad also has used these for small patio roofing on a cabin and they usually last about 3-5 years before there's any "major" damage (sometimes branches will crack it etc). but we do receive very Canadian heavy wet snowfall in winters and that is what ends up taking it out. if we were out at the cabin in winters and cleaning that section off we probably could have gotten even more years out of it. seeing the reviews of people in the southern states with the melting/burning plastic and getting upset (i never would have expected this stuff to last in such hot weather conditions, i mean it is plastic and plastic melts in heat, personally I was surprised they thought it would be okay. it looks more like they kept a bbq underneath the material) neither my dads nor mine have ever received heat issues and our hottest days are 35degrees celcius (95degrees f.)

Will warp exposed to weather if used for roofing on a small shed. I had 2 by 4 boards to support panels for roof and s still warped. Only use this material for walls and nail or screw every 12 inches. This can help to avoid warping or next time I'll just use ply boards that are thick to build shed for roofing.had less then a year and located in Virginia

Before buying, I checked the manufacturer's website for cutting instructions. I tried all three of the recommended methods (tin snips, utility knife, and fine tooth circular saw) and all three caused severe cracking and chipping to the point where the product was unusable. I'm heading back to Home Depot now to try to return the pieces I didn't try to cut yet. I tried to attach photos, but the website wouldn't allow it to work.
