We have had this model for a few years and for the most part it did its job. I think 4-5 years. Lately however, I have noticed that the hot water handle has some play in the off position. The water stays off, but the handle is jiggling more and more over time. There are no leaks - so far. Hoping a repeat of last time when the whole handle popped off overnight and flooded the kitchen doesn't happen again. I think it was a different brand, but what a mess that was! Trying to determine if its an easy fix or just toss and replace.

The fixture was easy to install, we just wanted to get rid of our old faucet because it had a mixer valve in it and wanted something simple. This faucet is simple but still nicer then the cheaper option and the nozzle that has the 3 adjustments is an absolute bonus. Great product and great style!!!

easy install,works good,I like the fact that you don't need thread tape or plummers putty.

We had our professional plumber install it. It took him all of 30 minutes. He admired the clean lines of this faucet fixture. Spray hose works well! We don’t use the “spray” twist adjustment on the faucet itself. Seems unnecessary with the accompanying hose. Nice piece of equipment

This was easier to install than I thought it would be. Exactly what we were looking for.

The hardest part of installing this faucet was taking out the old one. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. Would definitely recommend.

Not happy with the water pressure. The narrower tubing lessens amount of water that can flow. It also makes noises as water is drawn up into the faucet when it is first turned on.

The design is beautiful, and the high arc gives plenty of room for even our largest pots. the adjustable stream built into the faucet is a great feature. It's ver reasonable priced and easy to install.

My kitchen faucet broke so off the HD I went. I had intended to get another brand but saw this one and it had a great look and a cool nozzle with three settings. Installation was a breeze and it looks great but then I turned it on. THUMP, THUMP THUMP from both hot and cold valves. It was late and I had a guest coming so I decided to let it be to see if it resolved on its own. Today is five days later and it does do it less but is is still annoying. It does it once every time you turn on either hot or cold and randomly if you run the water for an extended amount of time like when washing dishes. The spray nozzle produces a constant thumping sound if you use it. I read the reviews an have seen this is a known issue (since 2015). In my opinion, if this was a known issue and there is a fix, these units should have been recalled and resolved at the factory. I will call customer support and spend my time on the phone and hopefully get the parts to fix it, again on my time. The faucet is nice but with this issue cannot recommend it.

Beautiful faucet, easy to install. But do not but if you have a water filter system, they don’t make an adapter for this faucet so that you can use your filtration system! Very disappointed!
