Very difficult time connecting compared to other smart home products I've purchased at your store.

Neither myself nor my son could get it to work. Returned it.

The bulb works great. It took a few minutes to set-up. but that could be because i'm a little tech challenged.

Less than 30 days and the electronics burnt out.

When these work they’re great. However, they have a few major issues: 1) Like many smart devices, they don’t play well with modern mesh WiFi networks. 2) They unpair themselves every so often. 3) If you have multiple bulbs powered by one switch to re-pair a single bulbs requires you to unscrew all the other bulbs so they don’t go into pairing mode. 4) Pairing more than two bulbs at once seems to impossible.

The bulb worked fine but couldn’t get the app to work. Probably my lack of computer skills. I returned it.

Only works very close to router. Not worth it. Candlelight is more usefull then this bulb.

I’ve got all sorts of smart home devices and feel very confident in setting them up and properly using them all. This little light bulb was one of the biggest pains to set up that I’ve ever experienced. The WIZ App that is recommended (actually, required) seemed more intent on displaying ads and trying to sell me subscription plans than assisting in simply setting up the smart light bulb. Although I finally got it to work (after literally hours of effort) the old Phillips Hue bulbs (pre-WIZ) were exponentially easier to get up and running. Personally, I won’t buy another bulb of this brand.

Lights are easy to install and set up. It's easy to change the color and brightness, and they can be programmed to maintain setting or change either on an adjustable timer. I'm currently using eight bulbs throughout the house and haven't had any issues with connectivity or dimming with any of them in 4+ years.

Very unhappy smith these bulbs. I had purchased several to use in various lamps, but only 1 would connect to my WiFi, even though 2 were for the same lamp! (Bottom half worked, but not top half) My son, grandson and I all tried to install them carefully following the instructions without success! We also tried contacting the listed “customer support,” to no avail! There was no clear response via “live chat support” nor when I tried calling the phone number listed. I returned them to the store

These lights are amazing and I love that I can control them from my phone.

I bought this on 10/8/2023. It died in 40 days, just like Jesus 🙃, on 11/18/2023! When I first got this bulb, I paired it with the Wiz app on my Android phone. Then I added it as a "device" in my Home Assistant system and then added a H.A. automation to turn the light on at dusk and off at dawn. Everything worked great. For 40 days! Now it won't turn on. At all.

You have to pay for a wiz subscription even tho the box says compatible with Alexa. I’m returning it.

The lights are amazing but they will not work due to the app. The app sucks and now I have to go buy a different name brand

These are amazing light bulbs and worth every penny. Im surprised to see the vast spectrum of lights it offers for the price range. The wiz app is outstanding as well.

Got two of them. One was burnt out of the box and the second was unable to connect. Spending over three hours with the Philips WIZ support verified their support is useless and only telling you what's on their website. No troubleshooting ability. STAY AWAY from these bulbs if you want your sanity.

Great price & quality. Love how it interacts with my Alexa and phone. Multiply color choices. Great find

Lights are not colorized as advertised. Will not work over 5ghz wifi. App interface is extremely complicated and not user friendly.
