Not a difficult install at all, even by myself. Only gripe is the wall penetration is a bit tight and would be better to have 3 inches instead of 2 1/2. The half inch line is not in the least soft and a bit of a pain to turn 90 degrees down out of the wall. Other than that I'm well pleased. Freezes my butt off for real. Was planning to install a second 18k but this one changed my mind. 12k will be more than efficient enough for my needs.

Got this installed around July of 2023 and as of November 2023 the heater wouldn't even blow air. Now that it's warm here in Texas again, we turned on the AC and it's not cold at all. Went through all the troubleshooting steps but basically we've got a $2,500 wall ornament at this point. Avoid this brand.

order is delayed in delivery to the store and the price is $177 lower for one day. Won't do a price match. I have to cancel the order and replace it. So now they will have 2x my money tied up for a product they have full control of. They seem to be punishing me for purchasing it early.

plastic housing is cheap and condensation line is dry rotten.

AC mechanic is having to come back to find a possible leak and I haven’t even turned it on. Would not pull a vacuum when he went to set it up.

Been looking at different units pricing ,btu’s this unit was on sale thur Home Depot prices were great free shipping and ninety day’s to return. So everything was right for buying

Good instructions for an installing, came with everything that I needed, and have received many complaints from the office area that I installed that they really like it

So far so good! Nice and quiet! Cooling works well. One of the sides were bent from delivery.

Had it installed and have used it a couple times already. Works great this far. I have not used the ac function yet.

I would give 5 stars but there was slight damage to the coils. We.were able to straighten them out . Other than that the unit is installed.and working as it should.

One of the most important parts of any project is to have all parts, prior to starting. Pioneer has 2 options for flare fittings to air handler, the 9000 sends correct size, the 12000 flare fittings are incorrect, about a $300 mistake for the diy er. Hard to give operation a rating, after getting to finally quit leaking with smaller flare gasket, gave up on disgust
