Won't keep cool during hottest part of the day and won't heat when below 32. Almost never the temperature it is set to.

I’ve had three of these units installed for eight months. The air conditioning works great in them all. Now that it’s winter, one of the units temperature in the room is quite different than what the thermostat says. Cool air blows out instead of warm. I have tried several times to do a restart, which is what they recommend, that will work for only a couple of days and then it goes right back to pushing out cool air. This is the only one that does that. One of the other units has started to make a pinging sound when it’s on. I’m not too sure if I can recommend these units or not.

Great unit very quiet and efficient. Installation was straight forward.

Both the indoor and outdoor units were damaged. Never installed. Home Depot was great getting a new unit it ordered

I installed this mini split AC myself. Took just a few hours. Unit is quite, and works great . I would totally recommend this unit to anyone.

Yesterday was my first time testing it at 15 degrees F. It handled the weather just fine, drawing about 600 watts, and blowing air at about 90 deg F. I will update this review once we see temperatures near zero.

Never received the product

Was easy to install, my son and I installed it in about 6 hours. It seems to be handling all of my needs well right now.

The unit was fairly easy to install myself and works great after installed.

Wasn’t charged with Freon!

Cools well, but expensive

The assembly takes time but is doable. Will need vacuum pump, manifold gauge to check for leaks in line (very important). Will also need a specific hole saw if going through stucco (carbide tip is best). Mounting inside unit is best done with two people. It’s doable with one person but it is best with two people. I highly recommend getting a line cover. It makes it 1000% better looking and professional.once done it cools well

Attempted to set up, then had hvac guy come and refill it due to no pressure, check all connections and they checked out. He suspects unit is faulty or damaged. Note comes with unit that states that it is not replaceable or returnable. Very disappointing. Warranty only covers if it is set up and the temps and pressures submitted before hand, but doesn’t address if it never worked in the first place. Spent way more or install/hvac recharge than the unit itself just to not have it work.

This unit was easy to install with the help of an electrician. It is extremely quiet and turns a warm room into a refrigerator in less then 5 minutes. Watch the Youtube videos before trying to DIY.

So quiet and cools the room that was always hot even with new central unit.
