Unfortunately the washers center holes are not large enough for the Tapcon screw that being used to install the Rockwool insulation in the craw space.Every washer needs to be drilled out beforehand.

Hello,
The Plasti-Grip ci prong washer is designed to fit with up to a 3/16" masonry screw without being drilled through. Unfortunately, assuming you tried to use a 1/4" masonry screw, that will not work without pre-drilling. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Grabs foam board well, does not slip or strip. ...
Grabs foam board well, does not slip or strip. Washer pulls flat, or can be sunken in if you choose. Will not bottom out on 1/2" XPS like some of the other washers do. I used more than I thought I would, so order extra. Used with drywall screws to anchor to studs.
