This set of fireplace doors are exactly what we were looking for. They arrived quickly. Packaging was excellent, and the doors were flawless. Instructions were clear, and installation was straightforward and easy. It’s definitely good to have an assistant to hold the doors in place until you get the first couple of clamps in place. We really like the clean, simple look. We also like the hinged screen doors instead of a hanging mesh screen. We have a gas log, and the screen doors make it super simple to swing the door open to reach in and turn on the gas. I highly recommend these doors.

The video on you tube was helpful. We watched several times before assembling. And the installing was very easy. It does require a second person to hold in place. We are very happy with the outcome!!

Love it! Made a huge difference in my family room, provided a nice update!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT unless you want doors that you can not close with a fire going WHICH IS WHY I BUY DOORS! "WARNING" label on the door when it arrived and the owners manual in bold type at the top that says "Do not close doors with fire burning". What is the purpose then? I called the manufacturer and they told me the doors were "decorative" and not to stop heat loss up the chimney. Look at the ad! First thing says "reduce heat loss up to 90%". They told me that is a year round savings with no fire and the doors closed. I explained - that is what a damper is for - I DON'T NEED YOUR DOORS FOR THAT! I will not be paying for the doors as my mason will destroy it when he chisels it out of the mortar!

5 Stars although had to return to get larger size. Home depot associate told me this size would work perfectly, however it needed another inch in width. Large size is up and looks beautiful.

It was very easy to install. The doors are a bit wonky. One closes perfect and the other doesn’t seem to close well. I’m happy overall but only bc it’s in a room we don’t use often. Looks nice but is a bit flimsy.

Although I would love to give this an excellent rating, we received this in sub-par shape. One of the magnets that hold the screen doors closed was just laying in the box not assembled. It was missing a screw. I had to find a 4-48 screw to replace the screw that was missing. That was not easy to locate due to a size that is not widely used except for gun barrels. It probably would have been easier to send the darn thing back due to the missing screw, but I wanted to install it and use it that night. Overall, it looks amazing. We are very pleased with it despite this minor setback.

Very easy to install. Great product. Screen door handles get a little hot so when opening, be very careful.

The doors were a little tricky to install alone but I did manage to finish it. Not bad for a 60 yr old woman! I am very pleased overall with the quality and fit.

Just what we needed to block our fireplace from the cold and heat from traveling into the house. I love the way it looks. We were unable to install it according to directions due to the structure of out fireplace. With some alterations we were able to anchor it to the opening. Took a little work but is securely anchored now.
