Easy to assemble. Had to convert to propane gas with conversion kit. Looks very nice in our fireplace.

The unit appears to be a quality unit. It shipped quickly and arrived in good shape due to the packing in the box. Directions were straight forward. Only negative is I wish the ends on the logs were a bit more realistic. Other than that I'm happy with my purchase.

The insert is great. We had to hook up to propane adapter but overall we love it. We can have a fire anytime. Love it

Manual directions sound simple. However, if your gas inlet is located on the left side of the fireplace, the holes do not line up for a secure connection. Called customer service and received no help or suggestions. Was advised production would call with a remedy. No one followed up. Logs are good.

So far so good. Everything arrived in good condition. Easy to assemble in my fire box. Came with the correct connection hardware. Fired right up and looked great. Now just waiting for some cool Texas weather.

Love the way these look! Had them installed by a professional, it didn’t take them long at all. Great price and looks great!

Nice log set. Easy to assemble. Fair price.

Overall, a nice looking, easy to assemble log set. My only issue was the short flexible gas line. It was not nearly long enough to attach to the supply line that was at the back of the fireplace. Also, if you follow the instructions to the letter, it would seem that I'd have to put the valve at that supply line. That would mean reaching over the flames to shut it off. I ended up getting a longer flexible gas line and a separate shut off valve. Now the valve is at the front of the fire place, in the corner. Easily reachable and just warm to the touch during operation. I also don't understand why the two medium logs have holes in them.

This set of logs performs and looks like a much more expensive set.

Purchased this set online. It came with the gas connection on the right side. Our gas line is out of the left so we followed the directions to switch it. Unfortunately, the pieces do not line up correctly when switched to the other side. Part of the gas line sticks up off the floor plate and is visible from the rocks. The clamp that is supposed to hold it down does not fit from the left side. We called the company and they said it doesn't need to be clamped down. We also had the wrong logs for the model we bought and one log was nearly broken in half.

The logs were fine. The gas inlet on the pan was not reversible which necessitates repiping the gasoline. However to maintain the warranty you must retain the original packing. It’s very difficult when the box was set on wet surfaces prior to delivery and slid across dirty floors. That was the biggest disappointment with the sale, especially when it was a gift for my son.

Great buy. I had bought a different one at first but the flame was low. This one has a great flame and looks real!

They were a decent value but we realized we’d need to spend more to get the quality we wanted. Returned logs.

Very easy to assemble with easy to follow instructions. The logs exceeded our expectations.

Easy to install with the included flexible gas hose. Includes two 30" logs and two shorter pieces. All the ceramic logs look great. Not sure what the point of the bags of vermiculite is. The fire rocks that can be strewn around the base of the pan add to the visual ambiance. We may buy some additional logs and some larger "fire rocks" for visual purposes but this kit is adequate to do the job. Summary - good value, fast delivery, easy to install

The gas log set arrived on time, was packaged very well, and was very easily installed by my handyman. It is very simple to operate and provides a wonderful life-like fire.
