I bought one of these same window and someone shot...
I bought one of these same window and someone shot it with a bb gun. I went to get it fixed, but it would cost $139 plus tax. Which was more expensive than the price of the actual window. It was best to just buy a new window. It was a bummer.

We bought a couple of these for a shed. This window is junk. The lower pane flops around in its channels, and won't raise and stay raised properly. The lock would also not work. They are completely unsuited for their advertised purpose.
