It those work like supposed to be a little unperfection in the plsatics for stairs wich it dont maked look number 1 bud is ok for traditional construction

They shouldn't pack the slanted ones with the flat ones and they should make the description larger on the package.

The connectors are too short. Extremely hard to work with. I bought longer ones by DecKorator from Lowe’s and they work perfectly. However, the balusters were better than DocKorator

These connectors were junk. We needed 10 sets of them and mid way through, the packaging and material had been “redesigned”. The screws were cheaper and required a special drill bit (not included) that was very difficult to sink. The angled connectors for stairs wanted to slip around and were very difficult to keep secure with the cheaper screws

The connectors were very difficult to match up with the balusters on the stairs. I would not use them again.

I had to drive over 200 miles to find this product in a store, I first went to Kennesaw Store that stated they had 10 boxes only to find out they had none, than drove to Dahlonega to find the product. Very disappointing

Worked very well for straight rails. Stair ones were ilittle difficult. All in all id use them again

I purchased and installed about 100 balusters with these connectors 2 weeks ago. Installation of the connectors to the straight hand rails was easy. Installation to the stair hand rails required me to predrilled a pilot hole at the approximate angle of the connector to maintain proper spacing. Installation of the balusters took a little time as I had to keep going back and forth aligning, tapping down slightly and aligning again (which would need to be done on any method used to secure the balustersto the rails). All balusters fit and had no damaged or defective parts.

Horrible for railings, do not attempt. In order for it to work you have to cut the poles at an angle in order for the poles to sit securely. Do not cut with pipe cutter as the hole will become to small for the plastic piece to fit. Do not tap the pole with a mallet as it will break the plastice piece and do not twist the pole on as it will break the plastic piece.

Very disappointed with the stair connectors. Balusters would only rest and not be supported on stair rail. Also the number of connectors would support 7 level balusters for railing and 3 for stairs. Would have been nice if this was more clearly stated. Instead of stating that it supports 10 balusters. If you are using these do not plan on using any of the stair rail connectors and plan for it supporting only 7 level balusters.

These Precision Black Round Plastic Baluster Connectors in a 20-Pack performed as expected and attached securely to both the deck and the post.

Worked like they were supposed to. Very solid and stable install.

Was not the great didnt do what I needed or as many with the slanted one didnt fit and dont come with the bit for the screws that come with it

The connectors are two-parts which are held together with securing screw which is an additional step I would prefer to avoid. More importantly, black aluminum 3/4" balusters are slightly too small to fit. I was able to drive them on the connector with a large hammer, but I wouldn't recommend.

Simple to use and install. Will really only work with precision brand balusters. It is tricky to get the top and bottom rails to line up to fit more than five balusters. Takes multiple hands. I laid the rails and balusters on their side first. Connected the top(or bottom) then supported the balusters with a board that would center them on the bottom(or top) end. If standing them up it will take an extra hand or five to get them all to line up simultaneously. I have only used them on shorter and straight rails. Stairs are going to be a challenge. I imagine pro carpenters have some other tricks to make it work easier.

I love the ease of the connectors, but do not like that you have to buy a bag filled with angled and straight options. We have a drawer full of pieces that we will never use
