Precision black round baluster connectors attach to your rails with included SS screws which allow the round 3/4 in. balusters to fit right over them, making for an easy installation process and giving the illusion that your rails have been drilled out without the hassle. Each package comes with 21 level and stair baluster connectors - enough to connect a standard 10-pack of balusters and a set of stainless steel screws. This round baluster connector from Precision will make a welcome addition to a variety of deck and porch projects. The connectors work well with both wood and composite railings and they provide protection when building with ACQ-treated wood. Installing balusters has never been more easy and efficient.

A: Each round and square connector pack has 20 inline, 20 stair and 20 screws for installation for both inline and stair application. In fact we added and extra part and screw to the pack ... just in case you needed it. Hopefully we are not "brain dead"

A: I agree with brett. I need around 200 balusters to do the deck behind the house and around pool. That would take 20 bags at $6.57 each, plus sales tax. I would then throw half the product in the garbage, not needing the stair pieces. A waste of over $70.

Worked well on deck, angle is much less than 40 degrees and makes stair rail installation very difficult and looks like an amateur did it

While these were hard to install on the first set...

While these were hard to install on the first set of rails I installed, they get easier once I experimented and found a way that worked for me. I installed the bottom rails/balusters and then installed the top rail and balusters but instead of pounding or pushing down the top rail, I pulled the bottom balusters up from the bottom to get them started on the top rail connectors.

These fit and work as needed. The store was down to one package, so I bought it. Turns out this was preopened and only contained connectors for the angled railing since someone used the straight connectors and put back angled ones. Had to return these a get a fresh unopened pack.
