Fit perfectly for sliding glass door

Mounted it up high so my grandson couldn't sneak out! :D

This works well, but it's not the easiest to install

Easy to use and strong. I'm using a few of these on regular wooden doors that don't always latch properly. The loop lock is a great simple/easy way to add another layer of security. A #6 wood, or other type, screw fits in the attachment holes if a different length is needed instead of what is provided.

Using it for my outward opening front-door.

I feel more comfortable having another security device installed on my sliding door

Ideally the lock should include much longer screws for use into the jamb. The included screws are easily pulled out of the wall.
