If you purchased the vac from Home Depot within the last 90 days, you may return it to the store with the sales receipt. If it's past 90 days, our RIDGID® wet / dry vacs have a full lifetime warranty against manufacturing and material defects. Please note that failures due to misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. You may submit a warranty claim online at https://www.ridgid.com/us/en/wet-dry-vac-warranty or call our customer service at 1-800-474-3443. While most customers are satisfied with the suction power of this vac, you may return the vac to Home Depot store within 90 days of purchase. This vacuum is rated at 143 CFM suction power. Additionally, there are several factors that can affect actual airflow, including turbulence in the hose and wands.
