I would give this a 5-star review, but it missed one of my primary expectations. It is just a tad bit too long to fit between 16" OC studs. ex: you are trying to nail in blocking. You would, in this case, have to toe-nail everything. The other negative is that if you are framing up a wall on the floor, before lifting it, you will struggle getting 2 or 3 nails into a stud because the gun cannot let you get close enough into a tight space due to its thickness. Otherwise, I think this it's great!

Love it! No more hoses and loud compressors

I bought the nailer as soon as it was available. Used for one complete project. It stopped working. Sent away for months was replaced with new nailer used for next project and it doesn’t work again. Tried calling customer support for several days no answer. The “text” online is useless AI. Now I see that the stores are dumping their inventory because EVERYONE knows their is a serious defect.

If you’re a big guy with plenty of muscles, maybe you can handle this. But us skinny guys that are older. No way. Going back to my air powered one.

Bought it because I'm on the Ridgid platform. Gun works good and is quieter than the rest. However, it doesn't fit between studs (16" OC). Which means if you are using it to add blocking or other DIY needs, it won't be very convenient. I ended up returning it because of this. It's also too bulky to nail walls on the floor. The closest nail to the floor with be at a steep angle.

It did not fit in our Ridgid Pro Press. Returning the battery to my local HD was very easy though.

This is the best way to purchase anything from Home Depot so quick and easy with discounts on certain products try it out

the images led me to think I was purchasing the 4ah batteries, but then they came they were the 2ah which meant i had to go the the store anyway to retrieve what i needed and pay the 50% difference. Could have saved time and aggravation had I just went to the store to start with.

Free with the deal and they work..

Used this to build a shed. Went to use about 8 months later and won’t drive a nail more than 1 inch. Typical cheaply made ridgid item.

great set specially when purchased as a packaged deal. The smaller size really compliments the compact editions of Ridgids line.

Good batteries , long run time

The batteries are great, they added to my supply for rotation. The only downside was that they were purchased with a BOGO sale at my local Home Depot (buy 2 batteries and get a tool free). I bought the batteries and chose the small hand-held recipricating saw as the free item. The store canceled the free item, I guess maybe it was not in stock, and reduced the price on the batteries. I wished that they would have contacted my instead to ask about a replacement choice, but I was not notified or given a choice.
