RIDGID 18V Lithium-Ion MAX Output 2.0 Ah Battery (2-Pack). This replacement battery set came with two batteries but no charger. They are the standard 18v batteries used in all of the Rigid tools. Each battery has a charge indicator activated by a small pushbutton near the led display. I have never tested the life of the batteries in use but the premise is that there is enough charge to last for two hours of use. An ampere hour or amp hour is a unit of electric charge, having dimensions of electric current multiplied by time, equal to the charge transferred by a steady current of one ampere flowing for one hour, or 3,600 coulombs.

RIDGID 18V Lithium-Ion MAX Output 2.0 Ah Battery (2-Pack) Having spare batteries lets you keep working while the other battery is charging. The batteries are lightweight and work in all my Ridgid tools. They last a lot longer than the 1.5 batteries. I have had these for a week and yet have needed to recharge them. Register within 90 days for lifetime parts and service. They did not come with a charger so I used the one that came with my drills. It is always good to have an extra battery available.

One of the most frustrating things is when you have been working all day long, and you are just about to finish your project and knock off for the day and you only have a little bit more to do, and your power tool dies! But if you have a pair of these powerful and long-lasting batteries, a quick swap out and you get your project done and get to go home happy! And since you can swap out these super lightweight batteries in multiple Rigid tools, you can be prepared by having a couple of back up batteries to load into the tool of your choice. And now they even come with a lifetime warranty too! They have a power meter on the end, so you can quickly and easily see how much juice they have left in them. At the end of the day, simply pop them in the charger and you are ready to go for the next time!

RIDGID 18V LITHIUM-ION MAX OUTPUT 2.0 AH BATTERY (2-PACK) These batteries are nice they are only two amp hours. They last along time with the drills. The reciprocating saw eats them up if you are doing a lot of sawing. I have a 4.0 ah battery if I need to use it for a lot of cutting or through thick material. I have 3 batteries so i just make sure they are all charged and I don't seem to have any problem. Good strong batteries very happy with them.

The Ridgid 18V Lithium-ion Max Output 2.0 Amp-Hour battery two-pack is a great enhancement for those who already own Ridgid 18V tools and have the battery charger available. These are high-quailty high-output batteries and will fit any Ridgid 18V cordless tool. They give you the ability to just change batteries instead of having to recharge one battery. These are the lightest of the 18V battery series and though they are of lower capacity there is still plenty of run-time when using them. They are perfect when you work overhead and many tools just don't need the bigger packs. I prefer these 2.0 amp packs for most of my Ridgid 18V tools. Each battery has a power gauge to let you know how much juice is left in the pack. That way you can avoid having to make an extra trip back to the truck or shop to get a full one. These batteries are the improved newer high-performance versions and this is a two-pack which saves a little money over buying single batteries. All in all, they perform well and will give you a little more flexibility when using your Ridgid 18V tools. I recommend them.

These two RIDGID 2.0 AH batteries came in handy on a recent window covering installation. I was installing shade brackets, in all the rooms and on all floors, onto the window casings/trim of a house built in 1918. Wood that old, especially when oak, is hard as a rock. Since the brackets were not near an edge I decided to not predrill the holes. Using my RIDGID drill and 1 1/4 inch #8 hex-head screws it required all the low-speed power the drill could provide. I ended up almost fully draining one battery and had to start on the second one. When I first received the battery pack it took about two hours to initially charge the batteries. Recharging seems to be quicker.

The 18 volt line of Ridgid power tools is pretty expansive. That is important for cordless tools, it gives you interoperability with batteries and chargers across all your tools, rather than having a different battery and charger for each. Previously, I did this with the black-and-yellow line of tools, but these Ridgids are a generation newer, just as capable and much lighter weight. You can't have too many tool batteries. These charge pretty quickly, and have a useful charge indicator built-in. They attach solidly to the tool, but pop right off when you need to change.

Great additional batteries if you have several Ridgid tools or want to work continuously. These batteries provide plenty of power for a wide variety of Ridgid tools, are light-weight, and recharge quickly. The batteries have a power level indicator that illuminates when the button is pressed to show a fairly accurate estimate of the remaining charge level. Because they are Li-Ion, they provide the same power output as the charge level drops. The batteries are compatible with all Ridgid 18V chargers so they should work fine with the charger from your existing 18V tools.

SMALLER; LIGHTER; MORE RUN TIME; MORE POWER — The RIDGID 18V Lithium-Ion MAX Output 2.0 Ah Batteries (2-Pack) are a definite improvement over the previous 2.0Ah batteries. They are smaller and weigh less. See the photo. The lower weight will be helpful with whatever tool you are using them in. The primary advantages though are that the runtime and power have been increased. The previous 2.0 Ah battery lasted for only six minutes with the RIDGID shop vac. These should last longer. These batteries took about 30 minutes to charge which is longer than the previous ones did. In my case, these batteries are a useful addition since I have four RIDGID tools but had only one battery. These batteries seem to provide more power when used with my RIDGID hand vac. They are a product of South Korea with additional processing in China.

I ordered these batteries as extras for my impact driver. Drill. And brad nailer. So far they are exactly what i have came to expect from ridgid. Exceptional. One battery held up for over 400 nail shots. Still had half a charge left according to tge indicator lights. It took a little over an hour to charge each of these batteries to full capacity. Ill be using these on my ridgid job site radio to.

Delivery was in one day. Batteries are a little tight when removing from existing charger, drills, leaf blower. They come off if you push battery upwards tightly, push in release buttons and slide. Takes 2 hands which makes it hard to also hold the tool.

These batteries are great. Wait for the sale or bundle prices and jump on them

Ridgid makes some great batteries. The output on these batteries are awesome. I really like the max output batteries the most because it seems like you get a longer time using them, compared to the older verson.

They are great so much power and long run time...
