This tool makes it feel like you're cheating. It is very easy to use. Beats the heck out of the crimping pliers.

Little difficult ordering it online but walked into the store and the young person that helped me was able to order it for me. Give me a receipt and I was able to track it. The tool works incredibly well. Has helped out a lot at home Depot and the shipping process. They were incredible. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old house equals old copper pipes that are failing. So every few months, another pipe or connection gets replaced. Due to price of copper, I have decided to switch to PEX. But the sections of the pipe need to be connected somehow...so I went with crimp rings. Before I was using a hand squeeze tool - not the most convenient, and requires unobstructed access to work - but is cheaper. It worked fine on 1/2 in crimps. When finally I had to work on 1 in pipes....it broke. I went to buy a replacement and saw Ryobi Pinch Clamp tool - more expensive than manual, but since i already own bunch of Ryobis, I decided - "why not give it a try? I am not getting any younger...". And glad I am that I did! Best money spend in a long time! What took me minutes and a lot of aggravation (especially in the tight spaces), now takes seconds - no matter how tight the space is! If you can fit the head of the tool - the pinch will be made! And green light assures that is is tight enough. Plus it automatically disengages when it's done - so all you have to do is position it, press the trigger and wait - once done, just back it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently used the Ryobi P660 PEX Pinch Clanp tool and to my delight every pinch clamp tested good under pressure, It was easy to use, easy to determine the pinch was good and was able to reach in spots I would have difficulty doing manually. The job had over 24 pinches and it worked great as you expect from all of Ryobi's tools.

The tool is easy to use and secures the clamps just about every time on the first try.

it’s not working quite right and now this is the 2nd one i’ve gotten. and the first one just stop crimping after a few months

Purchased a battery adaptor ($11.00 shipped) so I could use my DeWalt batteries...works great with DeWalt batteries!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I'm a general contractor, and I really like the PEX B pinch clamps. They always stock those at every possible home improvement store, and you don't need to keep different size jaws with your tool. The only things that I always hated was how much force and space the manual tool required, making it very difficult if not impossible to use in confined spaces. I've been waiting for Milwaukee to release an m12 version of this tool, but Ryobi beat them to it! This is my first ever Ryobi tool, and it's actually really great! Can't wait to try it on my small plumbing job that's scheduled two days from now. :)

This thing is the schiznit!! We have been through two Sharkbites and husband broke them both, sends me to the store to get “the best” one they have so I hunted down Gage who was the absolutely nicest and helpful guy ever at NW Expressway Home Depot for the best one and he says well, without spending 7K, this is the one you want - took it home and husband shouted all night how great this thing was! Thank you Gage! I finally did something right! LOL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tool makes working with PEX crimps a breeze. I already had some One+ tools ...so when I needed to reroute some PEX in a house I was working on ...it was a no brainer. I love that you just line it up ...hit the switch ...its automatic from there ...the tool gives it a perfect crimp everytime ...automatically releases when the crimp is right. Couldn't be any easier.

I have been doing pex clamps for over 10 years and have gone through a few Apollo ratchet style crimp tool. I should have bought this a long time ago. Works very well.

I’m a long time plumber and I literally have every tool you can think of. This had got to be the most be of junk tool I’ve ever tried. The head does not rotate like. Which would’ve been nice for tight situations. The jaw when lining up to the clamp is difficult. But now it just slips and falls off. Then finally when you click the button to run it. It feels and sounds like the tool is about to break. It’s cheap, it’s plastic, it’s Ryobi.

So doing a few clamps with a manual crimp tool is ok for quick fixes or replacing a fitting or two. But I just replaced my whole house polybutylene pipe with pex and clamps, and there was no way I could have done it without this excellent tool! 3/4 clamps by hand are tough at best, but this tool makes it effortless. I highly recommend this tool if you are doing a large remodeling project or do a lot of small jobs.
