I bought this Ryobi 2000psi unit just for the garage to detail my cars with.. much more convenient & quieter than using my big gas powered unit. With a trinova foam cannon with 1.1mm orifice this Ryobi sprays a nice thick lather of foam & washed the car very well. Photo is 5 mins after spraying, initial foam is 1+ inches thick. Youre not gonna clean concrete patios with this, but its perfect for smaller projects. Highly recommend getting an uberflex, blackmax or flexzilla hose, its worth the extra money.. the ryobi hose is garbage and will fight you the entire time.

    Exactly what I thought
I have a one-level house. This has the power to reach, and clean, the under sides of gutters, and strong enough to clean siding. It knocked out the stains on concrete from leaves/debris. The "hose" and cord are totally reasonable. The attachments are perfect for weekend warriors. Compact; doesn't eat up a huge part of my garage. Money:value, absolutely worth it. I have painted brick... I'll leave another review after THAT project.

      Excellent product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has an easy to move design, the pressure is strong enough to get everything clean in no time. I wash the exterior of my car quickly and my car was very clean to the last corner.

            Super Easy to Use!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this after purchasing my first home. I am a female who loves doing yard work and loves power tools. Instructions were very easy to understand, I put this together myself and was ready to pressure wash within a few minutes! I pressure washed my driveway, walk way, car, outdoor furniture covers & outdoor furniture, my charcoal bbq, and garbage bins!! I love that it's electric and HIGHLY recommend this item!

This unit is small, lightweight, and has wheels that make moving it and storing it easy. There are nozzles for (1) concrete, brick, masonry, (2) Siding, Gutters, House, (3) Fencing, Deck, Patio, (4) Lawn, Equipment, Boats and RVs. The important thing I learned about electric power washers, is that I can’t use just any extension cord with it. I needed a 14 gauge for a 25ft extension cord or a 12 gauge for a 50ft extension cord for maximum safety. Any longer cord is not allowed. There is a 24ft yellow pressure hose that attaches to the wand, and the unit's handle telescopes to different heights. Also, the power cord is best plugged into an outlet, but can be connected to your safe extension cord if you keep it elevated and out of any water. There are only 3 pieces that need to be attached. With 2000 psi, it handles most jobs around the house quite well.

Good for Small Jobs -- After reading encouraging reviews on the Ryobi RY142022VNM electric pressure washer, I was eager to give it a try. It comes partially disassembled and, following the printed directions that come in the box, takes only about 15 minutes to get the washer ready for the first use. The two plastic wheels are held loosely on the axles and don't seem very sturdy. But this pressure washer is small and very lightweight, so maneuvering it around by pulling it with its telescoping handle proved to be as easy as guiding a small two-wheel rolling backpack. The maneuverability is impacted considerably once you connect a 3/4" ID (that's the size specified in the owner's manual) water-filled garden hose. The hose connection is directly behind the unit and so close to the ground that it prevents the unit from tilting back to a comfortable angle for walking when you try to lean it with the handle. Rather than risk putting undue strain on the hose connection which feels pretty insubstantial next to a thick, heavy garden hose, I opted to disconnect the garden hose from the unit whenever I needed to roll it to a new location. The spray hose is 25 feet long so you can cover quite an area before needing to move the power unit. Also, I had a quick-connect adapter for the end of my garden hose, so disconnecting and reconnecting was no big deal. [The quick connect was not supplied with the pressure washer, but available at Home Depot - Quick Hose Connect Brass with Auto Shut-Off by Camco]. Cleaning performance was similar to what I've experienced using a small gas-powered pressure washers. At 1.2gpm, this unit doesn't chug through a lot of water or generate an excessive amount of overspray which is nice. But it also means you have a smaller water blade to work with for blasting away crud, so larger jobs like removing tire tracks from a driveway will take a long time to finish where the effective width of the cleaning spray is barely an inch. However, you may be able to hold the tip farther back creating a wider swath when removing softer grime like moss on bricks or bird droppings on a deck. When the cleaning job is done, the advantage of this little pressure washer really shines - its compact size allows you to tuck it neatly away with little or no impact on that already overcrowded garage. Mine found it's new home right under my radial saw stand. Ryobi provides a loop for holding the hoses on the back, but I used my own velcro straps to secure them on top. I see that some of Ryobi’s pressure washers include a hose reel which looks nice. However, coiling & securing both the power cord and cleaning hose on top of the unit without a reel saves space even though it may get a little messy. Overall, this pressure washer is a good option for small jobs where you aren't in a hurry. For larger jobs requiring more cleaning power, you'll probably be happier with a larger unit that outputs higher water flow and pressure to form a wider cleaning spray. I was expecting too much from this compact unit. It is best suited for smaller jobs where the power unit can stay in one spot and the narrow cleaning spray width is not a factor. This is a good unit for Townhome size jobs like cleaning a small barbecue, sprucing up a corner of a patio, removing moss from a short brick wall, or gently cleaning a motorhome. However, I think it is worth renting a larger unit with a wider spray for bigger jobs like removing all traces of tire tracks from my 100' x 16’ driveway before applying a sealant coat.

This review is for the RYOBI 2000 PSI 1.2 GPM Cold Water Electric Pressure Washer. I used to own a gas-powered pressure washer which I had recently gotten rid of. Boy am I glad I did because this Ryobi electric pressure washer is super. It is much easier to use, is much lighter and very much quieter than my old gas machine. The Ryobi Power washer has a metal frame, wheels, and a telescoping handle allowing for easy transport. The washer weighs in at around 30 pounds. It can be used for cleaning such items as driveways, decks, patios, windows, siding, cars and trucks and many other items around the house. The washer comes with a general use nozzle, a soap nozzle and a turbo nozzle. The washer has an onboard detergent tank. The detergent is dispensed automatically into the water flow at the pump output. With a full detergent tank, the soap will last for around 8 to 10 minutes of power washing. One thing I really like about the electric washer is that the motor only runs when you squeeze the trigger as opposed to a gas washer where the motor is running the whole time. I used this power washer to wash our driveway and back patio and it did a superb job (see attached pictures of the patio). If you are looking for a powerful lightweight power washer this Ryobi power washer would be perfect. I highly recommend it.

I love Ryobi products for Home use, and this pressure washer does not disappoint! It is easy to set up and use. There is a soap dispenser that works with the quick changing of the nozzle head! The wheels and extending handle make is very easy to move around although it is pretty lightweight and compact. It does the job with 2000 psi and 1.2 GPM, this is electric powered into 110v outlet so anyone can use it. We washed our truck and side by side and couldn’t be happier with the results. Can’t wait to try it on the house to remove chipped paint before repainting.

I own a gas powered pressure washer and this Ryobi was so much easier to set up and use that I will most likely never use the gas powered one again. I live in Arizona and we have very hard water with a high calcium count that causes the pools to get a rock like calcified ring around the water line and on the tile. This would be a great test for the new 2,000 PSI Ryobi without taking off the Pebble Tec finish. Using the correct power tip (3 included) and having patience I was able to carefully remove the calcium ring from the entire pool including the grout and tile. The Ryobi is portable enough that you can move it around your work area with its 25 foot power cord and transport it in your vehicle. I can't wait for more cleaning projects in my future that would allow me to use this very capable Ryobi electric pressure washer.

I have a gas pressure washer I use for large jobs it is not light and a pain to drag around and worry about gas for small items I need to do a quick clean. This electric pressure washer is good for smaller jobs cleaning cars, cast iron grates even the tiny sidewalk from the garage to the porch and the metal door to garage. Putting it together was easy pins for the wheels and 2 screws for the handle. after setting it up and cleaning the cast iron grates the sidewalk below the grates where much lighter I did not realize how dirty the sidewalk was till then I made quick work of them both I used the Turbo Nozzle and did not use the soap dispenser. Since it was very cold outside packing it up was a little difficult the high pressure hose was easy but the electric cord was very hard to wrap up. I then used some pump protector on the machine just screw the bottle on to the end where the hose goes and squeezed the bottle till it came out the other end were the high pressure hose was attached. I have found that if my equipment is treated like I might now get to for a while they last much longer.

This unit is a decent price performer but you get what you pay for. I used to have another brand’s gas-power unit until my movers broke it. But as long you are careful where you plug this in and where you power wash, it works okay. The biggest issue I have with this unit is the supersized electric plug it has - I have weather protected outdoor outlets and the plug is too big to use - I had to plug in an inside power outlet. The other thing I found that was a little annoying is that the water pressure is not constant.

I used a gas-engine powered washer for 25 years before I got this Ryobi electric pressure washer. My gas washer had performed admirably, but maintaining the engine was always a drag and the sound it made was really loud. I’d been considering getting an electric washer for some time, and I decided to pull the trigger (pun intended) with this Ryobi washer. In addition to the reduced maintenance required with an electric washer, this Ryobi has features that are beneficial to me, like its compact size and soap dispensing capability. I’ve used the washer extensively for about a week, and I’m ready to get rid of my gas washer. · So far, I’ve pressure-washed my driveway using a surface cleaner (purchased separately), I washed my deck using the soap dispenser with the low-pressure “soap” nozzle, and I washed the concrete pad under my HVAC unit using the “turbo” nozzle. The washer has worked well in each of these cleaning operations. · Some things I really like about the washer are as follows. It is much, much quieter than my gas washer. I still wear hearing protection when washing, but I’m not sure that I actually need it. The motor instantly turns on and off when I squeeze and release the trigger. No more pulling the starter cord when I restart the engine and no avoiding the hot muffler when turning it off. The washer is compact in size and easy to move about while washing. The ON and OFF buttons are conveniently located on the top of the motor, and an LED on the ON button indicates when the motor is powered on. (The motor only runs when the trigger is squeezed, so the LED is a helpful reminder.) The trigger has a lock-out mechanism that can be used to prevent inadvertent discharge from the pump or hose. The assembly out-of-the-box was simple and the included quick-start guide provided the basic information for assembling the wheels and handle and for operating the pump. The 15-page operator’s manual is well written and easy to read. · There are some things I don’t like about the washer. The hose is less flexible than hoses I’ve used on other washers, and I think the hose will be especially stiff when the tap water temperature decreases during the cold months. The plastic one-piece wheels wobble when I pull the washer, and the axle could benefit from a better design. The hose and power cord storage are inconvenient. There’s a hook-and-loop loop strap on the back side of the washer that can be used to secure the coiled power cord and hose, but it is close to the ground and to keep the cord and hose from dragging, I have to coil them into small diameter coils. An illustration and instructions in the operator’s manual show the cord and hose strapped on top of the washer, but there were no straps provided for doing this. I think storage on the top would be more convenient. · The automatic detergent injection is a “downstream” system, meaning the soap gets injected into the flow at the pump output. It is limited for use with pressure washer detergents and can’t be used with bleach, acid, alkaline or solvent solutions. The dilution ratio for the injection system is spec’d at 20:1. I estimated that the reservoir holds about half gallon of liquid, so at a flow rate of 1.3 GPM the reservoir provides soap solution for about 8 minutes of pressure washing. Finally, I’ve found the turbo nozzle included with the washer to be very effective when cleaning brick and other surfaces that have structure and recesses. · Made in Vietnam.

When my wife slipped and fell on the deck, I knew it was time to scrub it again. But rather than get down on my hands and knees with a scrub brush, I got the Ryobi Electric Pressure Washer. After some very minor installation that included putting on the wheels and handle and assembling the wand, I was ready to hook it up to the water hose and the electrical outlet. The results were amazing. Although this unit does have the potential to use pressure washer soap, I just used the stream of water from the 15-degree nozzle, pulled the trigger and started blasting away the dirt. It was a pleasure to use and remarkably effective. I also used it to clean the snowblower, tractor, siding on the house, and a brick walkway. It powered through everything I threw at it. Some of the details I liked about it: The plug has a built-in GFCI so there is a degree of protection. It comes with 3 nozzles: a soaping/rinsing nozzle, the 15 degree nozzle and a high-power turbo nozzle for use on brick or concrete. The nozzles store on the unit and are easily changeable with a pull-push adapter. The hose, wand and electrical cord also store nicely on the unit. The hose length and electrical cords are long enough to setup the pressure washer away from the work without having to frequently reposition it as well as keeping the cord and hose from tangling. A great unit and huge time-saver.

This Ryobi 2000 psi 1.2 gpm cold water electric pressure washer is fantastic. Easy to set up out of the box. Easy to operate. Looks great and operates like a high end pressure washer. For the money you can not beat the price. This ryobi pressure washer out performs my old champion 2700 psi gas powered pressure washer which I always had to mess with spark plugs and a clogged carburetor. The one you just plug in and your ready to clean. Tips function nicely, switch seems durable and wheels roll smooth. Washer is also very light, easy to move around. Definitely recommend.

Finally, an electric pressure washer good enough so I can get rid of my gas powered one. I use a pressure washer twice maybe three times a year and with a gas-powered washer it always a hassle because of the ethanol gas. Even with a stabilizer you cannot leave gas in the tank for very long especially in high humidity as it starts to gum things up. After two or three years it’s in the shop or your buying a new one. But the gas-powered units do put out a lot of power and previously the electric ones just could not match them until now and thank goodness for it. The Ryobi 2000 psi electric pressure washer is just the ticket I’ve been waiting for. This unit moves 1.2 gallon per minute and draws 13 amps of power allowing it to do a really good job on everything I’m wanting to power wash around the home. The unit comes with three nozzles, low pressure or soap (blue or black) 15 Deg. fan (yellow) and turbo. I used the soap nozzle on the vinyl siding followed up with the 15-deg. fan for some of the tougher spots with excellent results. The detergent goes into a reservoir with a large opening for easy fill on the front of the unit. I could tell that the soap was being dispensed through the wand after approx. 10 seconds of operation. When I replaced the low-pressure nozzle with the 15-deg. fan it did seem to me that the unit no longer dispensed any soap which is what is supposed to happen. I used the turbo nozzle on some concrete stains and was pleased with the results. The unit has a “luggage” style extending handle that collapses making the unit 23 inches tall in this state. It is approx. 14 inches wide, 16 inches deep and weighs in just under 30 lbs. making it easily maneuverable on its 6-inch-high wheels. Assembly time was just under 15 minuets with most of it figuring out the strange wheel retaining clip. The electrical cord is 35 feet long and has a built in GFI plug. The electrical draw is 13 amps, so no 16-gauge orange cords allowed. You will need to use a 12-gauge heavy duty extension cord that is less than 50 feet in length and remember that the plug ends need to be off the ground and out of the water when the unit is in use. Do not use ½ inch garden hose as it will not be able to supply enough water to the unit, use ¾ inch for maximum performance. The wand hose length is 25 feet. When putting the washer up for the winter OEM recommends running a pump protector fluid through the unit. There are many different kinds ranging in price from approx. 7 to 12 dollars. Things I did not like, there is no replacement O-ring part numbers in the operator’s manual or any other consumable part numbers. So, if you lose a nozzle or tear an O-ring you will need to guess at the replacement. This guessing for replacement parts has a lot of reviewer’s complaints. There is a cord /hose storage strap in the back that is about as complicated to use as it is to solve a Rubik’s cube. Thankfully the HD website shows it being used and I was able to duplicate. Thing I like, easy to use, easy to move, works very well, does everything around the house I will ever need it to do, takes up very little space when being stored and I can get rid of my gas-powered pressure washer. Great product, made in Vietnam, recommended.

I received this power washer a bit late in the season, we live in New England and its late October, but I really wanted to try it out and get a feel for it. Next year I will really be using it to prep our exterior for a paint job and to refresh our deck. The unit comes mostly assembled needing only the wheels popped on and the handle attached. It was a simple assembly. I decided to take it out to my barn and give the ramp and bottom of the doors a wash to test the washer and because the ramp has become a slippery death trap. Even with just cold water, the washer performed great. Now we live on a well and do not have high ,town supplied water pressure to begin with. This unit did a great job even under those conditions. If your looking for a quiet, versatile unit that will clean a variety of surfaces without blowing a hole thru them,I would definitely recommend the Ryobi premium pressure washer.

I have always wanted pressure washer and this one completely fit the bill. IMHO 2000PSI is perfect for the around the house jobs. Any less and it's not powerful enough, Any more and you have the potential to do some damage. Quality construction. All the connections are solid brass. All of the water connections, except for the garden hose are quick connect. It comes with three nozzles, one for soap. One minor criticism I have is that there is no specific spot for the "turbo" nozzle. Everything else seems to have its place on the unit. I like the tie downs for the hose and the plug cord. Both the electrical cord the hose are plenty long enough for around the house. The washer is so easy to use and does an outstanding job. I did the concrete patio in our back yard and it looks brand new. I took a video and if I figure out how to do the YouTube thing, i will link. Huge thumbs up from me for this unit. I highly recommend it. One minor note, it was missing one of the cotter pins for the wheels. I called customer service and it's one its way. Very pleased with Ryobi customer service.

Thankfully, rescued from assembling the Ryobi 2000 psi 1.2 GPM Electric Pressure Washer myself, because it was out of my area of skills. Thankfully, using the pressure washer was far easier than anticipated, and was able to follow the directions explicitly. No problems getting the garden hose connected; will need a longer extension cord to power the unit out to street, but perhaps we should be satisfied with spraying the cars from the driveway instead. Overall, happy to have another Ryobi workhorse in the stable.

What a great pressure washer, very compact and easy to set up. I have a gasoline pressure washer but from now on this Ryobi 2000 psi cold water electric pressure washer will be my go-to. Its so easy to set up and operate that you can have it up and running in less than 5 minutes. This Ryobi pressure washer it’s great for any around the house use. Very easy to transport due to the wheels and its lightweight. It has great pressure and the turbo nozzle add more power to it, I’m really impressed with this electric pressure washer. This washer comes with a 25 ft. hose. This its another great tool made by Ryobi. It’s a great tool for residential use like washing your car, grill, concrete, decks, etc. This tool comes almost assembled, just install the wheels, the handle and your good to go. This unit come with storage are for the tips, wand, hose and cable. Really like the set up on this Ryobi too. The unit is very lightweight. Make sure that after each use, get some pump saver and drain all the water from the pump, it will increase the life of this excellent too. I am super impressed with the Ryobi 2000 PSI 1.2 GPM Electric Pressure Washer. I wanted something that was quick to setup and easy to use for small jobs around the house; now this is my “go to” pressure washer. The Ryobi Electric Pressure Washer works better than my name brand gasoline pressure washer that is supposed to deliver almost 3000 PSI and 2.5 GPM. And, the “Turbo Nozzle” is really powerful, it cleans better than any nozzle that I have ever used. I was a little disappointed that bleach cannot be used in the soap dispenser, but after seeing first-hand how well the Ryobi Pressure Works without bleach, I realize that I may no longer need bleach and besides its use is not recommended on vinyl siding and it isn’t good for the environment. I suggest that anyone looking for a pressure washer for home use take a look at the Ryobi 2000 PSI 1.2 GPM Electric Pressure Washer before looking at a gasoline model. The Ryobi Electric Pressure Washer is much quieter, smaller, and easier to setup and use than a gasoline model.

I was looking for an electric power washer. I'd tried one that delivered about 1100 psi, and it had some difficulty with normal home jobs like discolored outside pavers. I've used industrial high power units that are easy to damage objects as well as hurt the user. This one seems just right. The design is thought out to deliver a compact full unit. The soap dispenser dilutes concentrate and is a good size. This pressure washer great addition to have for our home.

Another fine Ryobi product found its way into my garage. This unit is very effective with 2000PSI operating pressure and it's very compact and easy to store. Equipped with a suit case type extendable/collapsaeble handle for easy movement. Easy to connect fittings. Easy to use wand and extension. Not only does it clean well it's fairly quiet too. Comes with a storage strap for tying up cord and hose which is a plus.

I am retired and disabled and do have access to a large gas power pressure washer but it has become difficult to use it. Have a few times in the past used an electric power washer but they were just 1100 PSI and just did not do a good job at all. I was very interested when I saw this new model from ROYBI that is 2000 PSI. It is light weight at just 29 lbs so it was easy to move around and hook up and use. I tried it out on my front patio which had mold on it from all the rain we have had this year. I really like that it came with a turbo nozzle that made it faster to wash the cement clean again. As it was so easy to use I also ended up cleaning all of the furniture on my patio and was quite pleased how nidely it cleaned them. I think this is a great unit for the price and does a great job! My pool deck is next! I would like if the rinse nozzle was a little bit stronger.

Ordered the Ryobi power washer to replace an aging lighter duty unit used for cleaning my driveway and vehicles. The unit comes partially assembled requiring only installation of the wheels, handle, and connection of the pressure and water hoses and it is ready to go. It comes with three pressure wand nozzles that are stored on board the unit including a Turbo, 15 degree, and Soap. Nozzles can be quickly and easily changed with quick disconnect fittings. The unit has a large built in soap reservoir that dilutes and dispenses soap. All nozzles work extremely well. The turbo nozzle has a powerful circular pattern that cleans exceptionally well for an electric unit. The 15 degree nozzle is gentler with a narrower spray pattern for precise detailing. The soap nozzle is the most gentle for light rinsing and dispensing soap. It has a telescoping handle that folds down and out of the way and a compact footprint for storage. It comes with a good quick reference guide and an excellent detailed Operator’s manual. Three minor issues follow. It would be nice to be able to lock the trigger in the “on” position to reduce fatigue while operating. The strap provided to hold the pressure hose and electric cord when not in use is barely adequate to hold the two pieces, and they tend to drag on the ground when tilting the unit with the handle to wheel it to the work area. Maybe it could be relocated to the other side. It would also be nice to have an additional place to store the third spray nozzle on board when not in use; it currently holds only two. I find the unit to be exceptionally capable for light to moderate duty pressure washing without having to deal with gas and oil. I expect many years of useful life as I have experienced with all the Ryobi tools I have in my collection and this one may be my favorite. Highly recommend this premium electric power washer.
