I never received the lawn mower! When i called customer service nobody could figure out why it didnt get shipped. All they offered was a refund instead of shipping me my product.. horrible customer service

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I work construction and have all kinds of battery operated tools. This has to be the most USELESS buy I’ve ever made! Go ahead and spend the 300, the. Be ready to spend another hundred on more batteries! This useless piece of garbage cannot even mow 20 yards of grass before it dies! 4 days to mow a very small yard. What a piece of garbage!

Overall this is fantastic and very easy to turn on and operate. My only real criticisms are the batteries run out very quickly so you will need to buy a few spares and its a very small mower so it'll take you longer than you might expect. But on balance I would still buy this if I could back in time and make the same decision.

Lightweight, easy to move about, cuts well. Read some comments regarding battery efficiency, but so far no problems since I have multiple Ryobi batteries. Satisfied so far.

Trimmer is defective
Lawnmower is working great and is perfect for a small lawn. The trimmer is defective and does not advance the string. I tried to redo the winding, no effect. I also bought a set of new strings with no effect. Trimmer is useless and is now e-waste. Trimmer was bad right out of the box in horizontal and vertical modes.

This mower/ weed wacker combo is very light and easy to use. It won't wear you out unlike other very heavy mowers and is perfect if you have a smaller back or front yard to mow. Not to mention that the mowers handle can also be broken down to be stored with out requiring much space.

Product is advertised as being able to cut 1/4 acre lots (10,890 sq ft). Our lot is .20 acres (8,712 sq ft). Subtract the footprint of the house and drive way results in 6,400 sq ft. BATTERY CONKS OUT 3/4 OF THE WAY THROUGH THE CUT 9i.e. 4,800 sq ft. (just over 11% of an acre). A FAR CRY FROM THE ADVERTISED 1/4 ACRE.
