[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grease gun is amazing, it cuts the time it takes to grease my mini excavator and skid steer. I would recommend using a 4Ah battery on it especially if you have stuck zerks. Only con would be that it is quite heavy but that could also be a pro meaning it's well constructed. Depending on conditions, I go through 1 or 2 tubes of grease a week.

Bought and brought home yesterday. Put in a fresh battery and loaded with grease and put it in the truck. Get out on the road today and have to park up and wait for equipment to get going and decide to try out my new tool and the fitting on the end of the hose is screwed down so tight that I can't loosen it even with pliers and a wrench. This makes the tool completely unusable and worthless until I get off work and get to a store to purchase a new fitting for the end of the hose and replace the factory one. Someones idea of a sick joke I guess.

After using manual grease guns for over 20 years for personal and professional work I finally bought the 18v a couple months ago. Looking back at all of the time I spent with the manual one I wish I would have bought it when it first came out. Temps have been down in single digits and it has not skipped a beat when I need to get the job done. When greasing it is so nice to be able to hold the fitting and pull a trigger especially when the fitting is in an awkward or hard to reach spot. I would recommend anyone who is still using a manual grease gun spend the money and see the difference.

Honestly i really liked the gun in the short time I got to use it, compared to my 12v lincoln units it has more power and volume, that said it broke already and had to claim warranty, right where the hise attaches to the gun it blew apart on the first zerk that required pressure, note picture. It needs a redesign in this area, the gun has several more turns of threads than the hose has so the hose only utilizes about half whats there, plus its aluminum and it pulled the threads right out, needs a metal adapter here that’ll use all the guns threads and the hose would then be screwed into metal with its limited threads eliminating this problem.

Works well for one person. Still messy to load. The only thing I don't like the tip really locks onto the grease fitting. I broke one fitting getting it off. (If you can see in the pic). The others I had to pull with both hands to get it to release. If it is in a tight spot I could see some busted knuckles when it releases. I will probably replace the end with an older one.

And the grease gun is here! It feels solid and the motor is strong. Nice overall feel and it can stand up. There also is a hose holder to keep the hose from dragging. Reviews say that it could be more compact, but I think its fine.

Purchased at the end of winter, didn't try it until may. My fault can't find my receipt. Tried to grease my trailer all it does is click. No grease comes out. Sad because it has good reviews. Mine just the one not good. Next time I'll try it right away

This grease gun is an excellent choice for the homeowner. Meets my needs.

Works as it should , only thing is that it should come with a carry case

So far I have only put one tube of grease through the gun. The gun works very well. I have given 4stars only because in my opinion it should have a method of counting strokes as some of the competitors do. Other than that this is a good working tool. At the price point and the fact that I have a lot of batteries for other tools in this brand , makes this the gun the choice for me.

never received it, it was delivered to wrong address and homedepot doesn’t want to do anything about it

I purchased this for my excavator and skid steer and it has been doing a fantastic job and the battery's last about 6 tubes. I use this daily and will say take off the tip and replace it with a squeeze lock and you will thank yourself for it.

You have to take the grease out of the tube.

Worked out of the box, setup was easy, no messing around just got the job done.
