This is a horrible product. It says to cut the shade with a kitchen knife. Don’t ruin your good knives on this. Didn’t cute it at all. I ended up using a hack knife, which worked ok. Then I installed the shade. That was a joke. It fell down after 10 minutes!! I returned the shade!

This shade is a true blackout blind. The white is a nice balanced color. The black inside the honeycomb does not bleed through making the blind gray as in other brands. The blind is sturdy and opens/closes easily. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because it is not as easy to cut as advertised.

The team at Home Depot helped me find this solution that worked perfectly in our nursery to help keep it dark. We were able to mount it inside which was perfect because we already had outside mounted blinds (our outside mount blinds were not room darkening). This was a great and affordable solution. They’re also easy to use and look great.

The tape did not hold and the shade fell off and damaged some stained glass in the window sill.

Shades are hard to cut: it is a long, tedious job. Supposedly there is a front and back to the shade but this is not clearly marked. Once installed, the shades do not raise and lower evenly. One side is often higher than the other. Not a great product considering the price

It was difficult to cut to size and goes up with a sticker that doesn’t hold it up for me- I cleaned the area first for a solid hold and it still didn’t work. The bottom piece is also easily dented and I had to go through quite a few to find one that wasn’t. I have the shorter ones that were also difficult to cut but that adhesive held fine on the short ones, but not the long one.

We thoroughly cleaned the window frame and wall to install two Redi Shade blinds. They were easy to measure and cut and looked nice when installed. However, the first, which was outside mounted, held for about two hours, then fell off the wall. The second, which was inside mounted, fell off in the middle of the night. The customer service rep was very friendly, but only sent me one replacement shade. We haven't installed it yet, as we want matching shades for the two windows.

Measure a few times to make sure you have it right. Stick it on and you're done.. Works great!

The shades are not easy to cut to size: It is a time intensive, tedious task. Once the shades are mounted, and raised/ lowered it is hard to get them level, left to right. One side always dips lower. And now after several weeks i see that there are gaps along the top where the sticky tape attaches the shade to the window frame. I will have to keep my eye on this. Having said this the smaller, non-cut shades i bought earlier are better, but overall..... Not great, considering the price.

The blinds were a stick on type and the sticky tape melted off the sill within the first week. I had to return them all.

One of the shades did not stick well to the window frame. Ended up using additional double sided tape.

Harder to cut than I thought. The rest was easy to install.

For 31$ it shouldnt be a stick up. Thats right theres no brackets they are stick on. So far everytime the wind blows it falls off. They would b nice with brackets.
